This fits companies with over 50 users with high volume of work. It brings a good ROI over time.
Project management include resource planning, customisable view with ability to see tasks even on hourly view, financial module, and many customisable functions. The online proof system, is between the bests on the market. It includes versioning, commenting and approving, sharing, status info. It supports more than 150 file types including video, multi-file pdf, pictures, etc. The DAM solution is perfect for asset management, sharing, placing new orders based on the previous assets. Easy to connect with other systems. White label.
The system is pricy and there are additional set-up prices. The set-up is done by third parties. Overall it takes quite a lot of time and practice to get familiar with the systems. UX could be improved.

Nice and simple project management. Does time tracking pretty well. Good customer support that is willing to help.
It is hard to work for complex management or portfolio management. Kind of sits between MS project and Kanban.

We are very happy with Wrike in fulfilling the needs we have regarding task tracking an project management.
The software is very easy to implement and support. It is intuitive and new users can quickly get up to speed in its use.
We tried to use Wrike for project management and felt that wasn't as intuitive as the task management utility.

I have used Wrike while consulting for a customer and the team used it to track project activities. I liked it partially, the app is easy to use but managing complex projects with multiple iterations is tough. There is no clear concept of sprint or milestone and the folder structure leads to duplication.
Ease of use of the UI, easy to understand the overall flow.
The scope of project management practices is limited.

I like the product. It is fairly easy to get started but takes a lot of time to learn some of the techniques.
Task management and assignments. Project management and can’t charts.
I implemented Wrike at my last company. I left that company and took over a smaller computer with fewer users. In a smaller company, I find the pricing very high and adding users is too expensive to the point I’m just not doing it as I expand.

Overall Wrike gave my team a lot of time back and created efficiencies in all levels of our organization.
The Wrike support team does an AMAZING job. With just a few training calls, they helped my team create a customized workflow and setup our interface for our cross-functional teams and the rollout with the team was SEAMLESS. The dependents you can set with project timelines is my all time favorite feature. Overall takes a lot of manual steps out of project management, and ties together nicely with Invision which makes creative approvals SO. MUCH. EASIER.
The tool was significantly more expensive than other project management tools. For a small team like ours, it was quite an investment and difficult to get buy-in from upper management.

I've used Wrike for a couple of years and think it's a decent tool. The biggest thing is ensuring adoption across the team. I'll say this, don't buy tech to support a non-existent process. Build the process first and then shop for a tool to help automate it, not the other way around.
I like that Wrike is fully customizable.
We use several different project management tools across the org which causes confusion around the source of truth. If I could do it over again, I would standardize the project management tool being used.
