Pros

Workday does an amazing job with a great interface allowing the user to easily learn the system while not sacrificing the work being done. Easy, affordable, maintainable.
Overall experience with Workday Financial Management has been fantastic. Great capabilities that can integrate very well with other Workday modules.
I really like workday for the ease of use, but also has a excellent interface to navigate all the features it provides with simple clicks.

Pros

ZarMoney is very easy to use and perfect for my small businesses. They quickly answered any questions I had although it was so fast and easy to setup so I didn't need much help.
It has been a very good transistion from QB desktop. Staff and sales are great.
I have been glad to see they are readily available to help if I have questions.

Cons

We have also had some issues with invoices getting lost in the system and had to recreate them in order to get them to process.
In case where connections are not strong and secure, it can be difficult to access. In case wrong and corrupted data is fed, the reports will be inaccurate as it relies on the information fed to it.
Hard to learn at first- errors pop up at times.

Cons

WHEN I SIGNED UP I SAID I WAS A CASH BASIS COMPANY AND THEY DID NOT WARN ME THAT NO SUCH REPORTING WAS AVAILABLE.
Customer service with these guys should be renamed to concierge, called me twice to make sure I understood what services they offer. I don’t get buried with nonsense emails or useless ads.
Unable to adequately adjust the dashboard display. No graphic display of data or charts.

Zarmoney is a Good Accounting Software but Thats all it is.

Zarmoney was great when we were a small business with a 5,000 Squarefoot warehouse.

Pros

If you plan on using Zarmoney specifically for accounting, This will be a great addition to your Techstack it may require you to use a 3rd Party API plugin since Zarmoney does not connect with most other softwares.

Cons

We used Zarmoney as a inventory management system but it lacked in many areas.

Pros

I picked this software because it is *very* difficult to find a low-cost/free program that includes inventory management. We stock dozens of small items and find it tedious to discern if we need to reorder stock without a physical count.

Cons

So far, nothing. We just signed up but already see how easy it is to perform product costing and management.

My Review of Zar Money

After extensive research and comparison with several web-based accounting programs, I narrowed down to 4 and then selected Zar Money. Understanding the program and setup was fairly straightforward, and the features offered and functionality was better than the competition. After using the program for awhile, however, some things became cumbersome to manage, such as daily and journal entries and inventory management. On top of this, I was not satisfied with the inadequate display options for the dashboard. At this point I am still undecided on continued use of Zar Money when compared to the program I was already using.

Pros

1. Follows standard accounting language and protocols 2. Relatively easy to setup 3. Offers more features and functionality than competitors

Cons

1. Some aspects of setup and transactions were confusing or unclear 2. Help files often inadequate or nonexistent 3. Unable to adequately adjust the dashboard display 4. No graphic display of data or charts
