Pros

The ease of creating a quote, changing it to an invoice once the client has accepted it, is a great add on. The ability to add inventory items on the fly is very welcoming.
Finances are easier to keep up to date and more frequently, the software updates are seamless, the reports are great, the integrations are outstanding, and the service is super.
On the dashboard you can see clearly, outstanding invoices and overdue invoices. This is essential for our team to access these numbers quickly and clearly.

Pros

It is one of the amazing application which is cloud-based and enables working smartly. It is a great tool that aids in better working for learning.
The ease of signing and viewing all the assignments that are due or coming up. I was very impressed with how easy it was to get the hang of the features and maneuver around getting assignments done.
I like how once you create a template for your classes, it is easy to repeat and reuse this for future classes. I also like how all course documents are easy to link and integrate to your home pages.

Cons

Remember clear that when there was some technical problem the take no accountability. First It made me angry but then everything arranged.
Constant problems with integrated software for synching with bank & transactions. EXTREMELY poor customer service and it's ALWAYS the other software regardless of the problem.
There is no simple customer sales reports available. Quite ridiculous for a financial platform.

Cons

As a student this can be confusing and frustrating as I'm constantly searching for the information I need until I learn the instructor's organizational style.
As a parent, it was difficult to understand where some items were but I feel that was user error and not the platform.
Canvas does NOT have much customization as a user, which is a major downside to me.
