Pros

The ease of creating a quote, changing it to an invoice once the client has accepted it, is a great add on. The ability to add inventory items on the fly is very welcoming.
Finances are easier to keep up to date and more frequently, the software updates are seamless, the reports are great, the integrations are outstanding, and the service is super.
On the dashboard you can see clearly, outstanding invoices and overdue invoices. This is essential for our team to access these numbers quickly and clearly.

Pros

Donor Perfect has been the best vehicle for tracking donations, donors and additional overall information. This software program has enhanced our ministry effectiveness.
Donor Perfect is great for keeping track of our donors and donor history. The customer service is great and the templates provided for campaigns and forms have been useful and easy to use.
There are great features about DonorPerfect itself but the support is awesome. From the call in and chat people to those that present the many webinars and training videos.

Cons

Remember clear that when there was some technical problem the take no accountability. First It made me angry but then everything arranged.
Constant problems with integrated software for synching with bank & transactions. EXTREMELY poor customer service and it's ALWAYS the other software regardless of the problem.
There is no simple customer sales reports available. Quite ridiculous for a financial platform.

Cons

I have had a couple of times where support staff was hard to get in touch with... and that was a little frustrating.
The website knowledge base is often wrong causing wasted time. Often get different answers when calling support.
One thing that drives me out is when it logs me out. If I've been out of the program for a little bit I can understand, it's frustrating but I do understand.
