Pros

The ease of creating a quote, changing it to an invoice once the client has accepted it, is a great add on. The ability to add inventory items on the fly is very welcoming.
Finances are easier to keep up to date and more frequently, the software updates are seamless, the reports are great, the integrations are outstanding, and the service is super.
On the dashboard you can see clearly, outstanding invoices and overdue invoices. This is essential for our team to access these numbers quickly and clearly.

Pros

We have used this product for a couple of years and the bug tracking system is brilliant. The user interface is very slick and having multiple team members managing tasks is seamless.
It can manage big projects which has multiple people working on it with ease. If you learn how to use this product properly, it has a very rich feature set to fulfill most requirements.
Jira offers great flexibility: it can be adapted to any custom workflow, and readily supports custom fields/attributes. Also has fantastic API support for external integrations.

Cons

Remember clear that when there was some technical problem the take no accountability. First It made me angry but then everything arranged.
Constant problems with integrated software for synching with bank & transactions. EXTREMELY poor customer service and it's ALWAYS the other software regardless of the problem.
There is no simple customer sales reports available. Quite ridiculous for a financial platform.

Cons

Usually, I am very critical and I am looking for something to criticize, but with this tool, I can't find even a small thing that is not valuable or is bad in any way at all.
The negative of this program is that it is not too intuitive at first glance and it is difficult to edit the data once they have been introduced, because it is very difficult to navigate.
There are also strange bugs or missing features that we have come across that are widely requested by a large number of users that seem to be stuck in the pipeline for years.
