Pros

The ease of creating a quote, changing it to an invoice once the client has accepted it, is a great add on. The ability to add inventory items on the fly is very welcoming.
Finances are easier to keep up to date and more frequently, the software updates are seamless, the reports are great, the integrations are outstanding, and the service is super.
On the dashboard you can see clearly, outstanding invoices and overdue invoices. This is essential for our team to access these numbers quickly and clearly.

Pros

The system is super easy to understand and use, it is able to keep good track of all data flows and entries, a very good combination of accounting software and project management.
We found Jonas easy to learn because they have THE BEST trainers and customer support. We have gotten to know that staff over the years and they are awesome.
There are not only restrictions by module, but by button, by job etc. Security and restrictions for administrators all the way to super intendents is great.

Cons

Remember clear that when there was some technical problem the take no accountability. First It made me angry but then everything arranged.
Constant problems with integrated software for synching with bank & transactions. EXTREMELY poor customer service and it's ALWAYS the other software regardless of the problem.
There is no simple customer sales reports available. Quite ridiculous for a financial platform.

Cons

There are modules which you are forced into purchasing in order to upgrade the program although we have no plans to use them.
Jonas is an all encompassing financial/costing system. With total integration of each module, there is very little that can go wrong.
When we finally complained about the trainer they switch trainers and did not credit us for any training and left us with a company file that was set up incorrectly.
