Pros

The ease of creating a quote, changing it to an invoice once the client has accepted it, is a great add on. The ability to add inventory items on the fly is very welcoming.
Finances are easier to keep up to date and more frequently, the software updates are seamless, the reports are great, the integrations are outstanding, and the service is super.
On the dashboard you can see clearly, outstanding invoices and overdue invoices. This is essential for our team to access these numbers quickly and clearly.

Pros

Microsoft PPM has many great and useful features but I liked the cost tracking features the most, and this is predominantly what I used the software for.
I am about to use this software for creating reports and thankful that their customer support is very eager to help me so I can do my project and be familiar on the features of the software.
Extremely robust and powerful tool once fully understood. Fairly simple construction of charts and data visualization, and the ability to expand capabilities within the software.

Cons

Remember clear that when there was some technical problem the take no accountability. First It made me angry but then everything arranged.
Constant problems with integrated software for synching with bank & transactions. EXTREMELY poor customer service and it's ALWAYS the other software regardless of the problem.
There is no simple customer sales reports available. Quite ridiculous for a financial platform.

Cons

For beginners and someone who has no knowledge about computer, it is a bit confusing and ends up stuck on something but as they always say everything can be learned.
My only negative regarding this software is that it's costly.
Ve definitely completely wrecked some of my schedules because of one small adjustment in this software, which seems to defeat the purpose of the tool.
