From day one Pipedrive has been amazing. I have used the other large guys and the ease of use, organization of data and reporting are more than any organization needs. Most of all my team loves using it which helps me ensure accuracy and keep everyone accountable.
Functionality, customization and intuitiveness.
Some limitations with connecting to other platforms like Slack or Xero or Asana that would be amazing and create seamlessness across my company

Overall we’ve been very happy with Pipedrive. We’ve integrated it with PandaDocs for contract management and Xero for finance with ease and are exploring other useful integrations
Pipedrive is very easy to configure, customise and use, inexpensive and integrated with other popular tools.
It’s a pure CRM so you can’t expect it to do all that the HubSpot suite does, for instance. But if managing leads, keeping track of your pipeline and maintaining your customer data is what you’re striving for then Pipedrive is a great find

Easy to use. No steep learning curve. Easy to drag leads across each stage - exactly like you would in trello.
I feel the integrations could be better. For example, there is no integration with Xero. I'd like to tie my invoices back to clients. The silver package is very limited.

Overall a good experience using the platform my new team members just needed two days of training and found it easier to use.
Easy to manage different pipelines for different sales projects. The email template is one of the key features we like as it allows us to format our emails and the fields are filled in automatically, so every client receives a quality email without spending time typing out individual emails. Like the filter system that allows you to select just the clients, you wish to target and even the group email...
The emails received are not automatically assigned to a client and sometimes land on other client's deals in Pipedrive. There seems to be a lot of downtime of late and we have had several clients confirm that they have not received the email off Pipedrive. There is a lot of new additions to Pipedrive but not enough time to learn them this can be a pro and a con. The support is not always available for immediate help. There is no key information once Pipedrive is down of who you can contact for support. I don't like the Lead section it really just sits there quite useless to us.
