Pros

I love the app and gives me accounting on the go. Helps me track invoices and profits with ease.
The ease of use and reputation are by far the greatest part of this product. In addition to this, the range of potential integrations is fantastic.
Really easy to submit expenses, categorise them and check the progress of you submitted expense - super easy to do all from the app.

Pros

Such a great experience from start to finish - [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was super helpful and very patient in stepping through each area of the dashboard.
This is way better than Crowdrise or Classy. Especially for the price you are getting more and then some.
Support from their customer service and technical team was excellent from start to finish. They took the time to listen to and understand our needs and showed us how best to utilise their platform.

Cons

There are no delivery notes/packing slips. They tout a "workaround" but be warned, it's exactly 10 extra clicks so it's really not an option if you need this feature.
Our main complaint is that Xero stopped doing payroll in 2018, so now you have to pay an additional fee to a payroll processor such as Gusto.
Changing accounting software from Xero is a horrible experience. They make it very difficult to pivot to other software.

Cons

Insights for the email and SMS feature were limited - could see the no. Of messages sent and failed, but not to who i.e. their number or email address.
We don't use Salesforce (which Raisely does integrate with) so could not set up the website so that it integrated with our CRM. Was difficult to import data about participants onto the website.
It's not as easy or user-friendly to use for someone who has absolutely no coding experience.
