Pros

I love the app and gives me accounting on the go. Helps me track invoices and profits with ease.
The ease of use and reputation are by far the greatest part of this product. In addition to this, the range of potential integrations is fantastic.
Really easy to submit expenses, categorise them and check the progress of you submitted expense - super easy to do all from the app.

Pros

They are responsive, helpful, and reliable. Their forum is full of advise from other users and it is a great resource not just for solarwinds products, but in general.
What i like most about SolarWinds RMM is the the integration of multiple software solutions in one location. Also the SSO to other RMM software like Backup is great.
SolarWinds has a great solutions and been happy with the support. They give generous discounts and allow very attractive solutions to provide more features and products to our clients.

Cons

There are no delivery notes/packing slips. They tout a "workaround" but be warned, it's exactly 10 extra clicks so it's really not an option if you need this feature.
Our main complaint is that Xero stopped doing payroll in 2018, so now you have to pay an additional fee to a payroll processor such as Gusto.
Changing accounting software from Xero is a horrible experience. They make it very difficult to pivot to other software.

Cons

I got a call that we would get extra charges and the value of the product dropped. I paid and asked to cancel.
Needs training to use, so many things to do, it can become easy to get lost or forget where the lesser tools are placed or what their called.
The biggest problem is that the agent can really take over CPU and memory.

Excellent experience so far! I switched from Quickbooks and never turned back

Pros

The software has been crucial for the operation of my small business, it connects with Shopify sales very well and the reporting functions allows me to track sales and profitability easily. It also makes it easy for tax time.
