Pros
I love the app and gives me accounting on the go. Helps me track invoices and profits with ease.
The ease of use and reputation are by far the greatest part of this product. In addition to this, the range of potential integrations is fantastic.
Really easy to submit expenses, categorise them and check the progress of you submitted expense - super easy to do all from the app.
Pros
They have been very helpful and they have helped us a lot during the implementation process. Fully satisfied after the 3-4 months we were working together.
It is a much better tax program than our old software,and we are able to get better reporting from this software as well.
Intuitive interface and robust help menu means that even if you don't know how to complete something you can figure things out fairly quickly.
Cons
There are no delivery notes/packing slips. They tout a "workaround" but be warned, it's exactly 10 extra clicks so it's really not an option if you need this feature.
Our main complaint is that Xero stopped doing payroll in 2018, so now you have to pay an additional fee to a payroll processor such as Gusto.

Changing accounting software from Xero is a horrible experience. They make it very difficult to pivot to other software.
Cons
Very bad, the team assigned from Sovos had no experience with implementing with an Oracle ERP and did not understand any of the issues we were having.
I usually end up fixing the problem myself for one reason or another. Usually it's because the help desk says that my problem is not actually a problem, and they will therefore not be fixing it.
Threshold reporting for various jurisdictions is a must and is missing.
