Pros

Xpenditure is very easy to use. The app is a great tool for uploading your receipts instantly, the OCR recognition engine could be improved.
Customer support is excellent. I like how it integrates with your banking account, if you choose to link them, which helps in not having to type in different expenses.
For the amount of money per month, I more than save that amount from the convenience of the software. There are a few bugs (like any software) that I hope get fixed to make the experience even better.

Pros

The support staff are amazing, their passion to resolve any issues and ensure that customer is happy is key.
Data Extraction is very good, the software is easy to use, chat support feature is excellent and very responsive.
Really great tool for streamlining and building efficiencies. Fantastic customer service and support.

Cons

Because of this, I was forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company, and I felt that I need to write this review to warn others who are considering their services.
Before I found this app it was always a headache to claim my expenses for business trips. I am sure that I also lost money from receipts that went missing.
What made the experience exceptionally bad, was that their cancellation procedure easily tricks you to to put the account into a "read-only" mode, instead of deleting it all together.

Cons

Ocacsionally I have made the silly mistake of uploading a whole file more than once, and realise as I have dragged it into the box, but before I confirm.
The problem is the file starts it upload immediately so I have to remember to let it finish and go back in and delete it.
Receipts aren't handled so well and can be slow to process /can fail to process.
