Solid expensing software that's pleasant to use.
I like Rydoo's clean interface and find it very easy to use. I like that there are several different ways to create an expense, and that Rydoo will populate fields based on the receipt. It's pretty user-friendly. It's also pretty clear to see at a glance how much money you're waiting on.
Sometimes when you need to edit a submitted expense, you're forced to click "Save" and then "Submit" instead of being able to click the "Save and Submit" button. I'm not sure why there's that extra step sometimes.

I have a vast backlog of receipts, xpenditure offers a simple way to get on top of it and then through the phone app easily keep on top of it

Before xpenditure, keeping track of receipts and getting reimbursed was a laborious process. Xpenditure lets me snap a photo of a receipt as I get it, making work trips a breeze.

Great way to manage travel and expenses for a small office in which travel occurs often. Definitely has helped make our the process of filing expense and reimbursement forms more efficient.
Rydoo is another travel and expense management app that our office is trying out. Overall, the interface is user friendly and easy to understand.
The auto receipt capture can sometimes be a little finicky and not read all the relevant data, but this doesnt occur too often.

I tried the trial versions of both Xpenditure and Expensify or my organization. My team and I found the user experience of Expensify unintuitive and overly complicated. Their customer support took several hours on average to respond. Xpenditure is much more user friendly and simple, though it accomplishes the same things. Customer support took 5 minutes on average to respond during our business hours, even though we are in Texas and the company is based in the UK.

The software fulfills the main purpose, and make your life easier.
It's really easy and fast to submit your expences to the system. The approval procedure is transparent, you can always check the status of each receipt.
Can't think about anything I do not like. I and a user so can't evaluate the tool from administrative point of view, but it seems quite simple to handle.

It is a basic expense management tool. It does not differentiate itself from others enough.
It is a basic expense management tool, not super robust but also easy to use. It gets the job done at a minimum level.
Not as many features are more robust software options. Bad customer support. Not overall a helpful product.
