ZOHO Books is a Feature-Packaged, Affordable Alternative to Quickbooks

2019-02-18

My overall experience with ZOHO Books has been awesome! My business has saved money and now has an accounting platform that is much more suited to our needs and offers more features than our previous platform.

Pros

Very few other accounting platforms can do this. QuickBooks Online requires a "workaround" method to do it, and even that method is not as good as that found in ZOHO Books.

Cons

It's hard to find a particular thing that I don't like about ZOHO Books. But, I suppose that receipt capturing could be made somewhat easier to do.

Invoicing Not Up to Par

2018-03-08

Pros

Quickbooks integrated beautifully with bank accounts and TurboTax, making accounting extremely easy. The system recognized transactions well and made it easy to classify as personal or business.

Cons

It was extremely limited in features and required an additional purchase to bring it up to the level of invoicing in other competing services like Zoho Books. Invoices had almost no personalization options and nearly no advanced invoicing features like recurring options.
