Great love the customers service help when needed and love the easiness of getting my workers to there jobs and them getting the jobs done and billed in a timely manner and love the price.
Very restrictive despite the amount of customization options, a lot of technical errors, not user friendly/intuitive, a lot of problems with navigating the website/user interface.
Customer support is great, very friendly, so helpful and very knowledgeable and always there to help no matter what.
Some simple things such as multiple emails being sent a quote at the same time is frustrating. Along with constant worry that the site will crash and that I wont be able to conduct business.
Overall I have been extremely impressed with RazorSync's customer service. Being able to chat with them online is super helpful when we have a quick question that we need an answer to right away.
Maybe it is 'their' lack of training or provided instruction but I was left to try to navigate alone and 4-5 emails later we only sort of figured it out.

Unfortunately its SQL Structure is very french and European and the translation to English is lost sometimes and makes it hard to solve things with the language barrier.
The fact that it's free and well maintained. Has very vibrant user community.
Flaws and bugs in accounting, poor reporting tool, responses if back key is pushed, transaction may twice posting by this.

My overall experience with Gigwell has been excellent due to ease of use, good customer service and the organization of platform.
I am saddened that the Discovery is somewhat very out dated when it comes to emails and venues.
The support staff is amazing. The automatic reminders for past due contracts and deposits is awesome.
There is very limited venues and festivals in Canada. Quite a few venues are either out of date or severely limited.
Love that you can issue out receipts for payments posted to buyers. Love that it integrates into google calendars.
The older agents in my company are having a bit of a difficult time learning. Though the software is built for our industry, our company has always done things differently.
Once everyone is on the same page it will help a great deal with contracting and collecting.
The Only drawback for me is the lack of CRM capacity however, it doesn’t claim to have that service.
Ease to set up a account and start the free trial as well as easy to navigate features and overall a great experience.
It is the answer to my numerous requirements in a all in one booking system. It is automating my processes and helping me keep clear comprehensive records.
I'm pretty thankful for this software. It arrived right around the time we started our agency so we kind of "grew up" with it.
Gigwell is very user friendly and helps our bookings company keep organized.
Contracts, booking form and integration in GCal, Of course, customer support is fantastic. Hello sign integration also.
I believe this is the best software out there. The challenge i have is time - i need to invest more time to learn all the cool tools it offers in order to use it to its fullest potential.
Customer service is on point and fast. Overall I am happy with the product.

Salesforce really turned me off because of the lack of basic marketing automation features that I needed, and Sugar was a disaster of it's own.
Flexible, easy to use stable and excellent support. It is a well designed functional product with fantastic support.
Support" is a scam whereby they just try to upsell you to a higher package (which doesn't solve the problems, btw - we tried) or expensive consulting hours.
I have been using 1CRM for years and it was a great decision for my business. I love everything about it especially the quality and the cost.

We spent over $3,000 with this company with nothing to show for it. Troy also stated that he would sue me for libel if I posted any negative reviews of his company.
Again we found our go to meeting with you regarding your product extremely helpful and informative.and without pressure. I am very impressed with your company and it is awesome that it is Canadian.
The only downside to Salesboom.com is that they do not offer a French translation for their system, so you have to translate it yourself.
They are very good listeners, and if they can't help you, they will be the first to tell you.
I think that the interface colors need to be changed, but of course, this is the least of our worries.

Not only was the cost of the product more reasonable, it is more flexible than some of the big bucks packages. This is a better fir for a small company with a small sales force.

The team are actively looking to improve their product which is great. The software is so comprehensive, very easy to mould it to any business model, even if sometimes some workarounds are needed.
Over the years I have tried a number of CRM systems and always found them frustrating to use, unreliable and difficult to customise.
Good experience - without wanting to sound too jingoistic fantastic to have an Australian product of this quality in the market at a price that is accessible for small business.
The attitude can be a little defensive and you'll be asked to replicate the problem on-screen with their support personnel remotely watching before they take you seriously.
We've been using the tall emu software for about 6months and it has helped out client database 100% - great program and great customer service from their end... thank you.
This is time consuming and frustrating for staff.
General layout and functionality - great to use, powerful while still being simple and clean. Customisation - CSR and the team go above and beyond to customise for our needs.
We are still to refine our supplier purchasing processes and have found our method of calculating landed costs became too difficult to impliment in the system.

MFR is a great tool to have when delivering all kinds of services to your client base. The tool includes all required options you need and the pricing is one of the best I have seen in the market.
