Pros and Cons from Trovata users
+11
The ability to concisely and clearly see our current cash position as well as our forecasted cash position has been a huge win for our organization.
The inability to connect to smaller banks was disappointing.
Excellent customer service and onboarding. The team has great business insights and has been a great thought partner rather than just an implementation partner.
The reports are a little difficult to set up at first.
We have additionally gained tremendous insights into our cash flow and have enhanced our cash flow forecast capabilities. Features like "tags" provide great efficiencies in our day to day operations.
Teamwork prevailed and solutions were provided, but we missed out on using the software to its fullest potential.
What we liked most about Trovata is the ease of implementation, the customer service, the transparency to work through hiccups, and the simplicity of the software.
Lack of certain features but most of them are being developed so not a huge concern.
Overall I am very happy with the product. I think it's a game changer if you want to see historical data.
I enjoy the ease of use but also the customization ability in Trovata. It allows for many possible scenarios to be modeled and important business metrics/cash to be tracked.
They've been very supportive and always available for a quick call or demo on how to do something. Also, continue to update their product so it continues to be beneficial.
Having the ability to tag transactions, and have a customized report automatically delivered to our executive team gave my team more time to focus on other tasks.
Ease of use overall and creating tags, reviewing activity and balances.
Easy to use but lacking features and consistent performance.

Pros and Cons from PayPal users

What I like the most about paypal is, it is easy to use in paying and most of all paypal giving a gift reward in every users.
However, people also get blocked by PayPal without any warning and they can freeze and hold the money from that account that makes annoying things to the user.
The Paypal program is very wonderful. The ease in depositing and withdrawing is very distinguished.
Also, I do worry about storing my bank account information for a service like PayPal. They might be insured against fraud, but I still worry sometimes that my account information will be stolen.
Love the ease of use and the ease of implementation/integration within other websites and platforms to capture payment.
This becomes a problem when you need money quickly. IPN and PayPal API are unstable, often messing up transactions, especially if they involve limited items and need verification as soon as possible.
This has been a great overall experience. I love that PayPal now has started accepting Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies.
I attempted to get them to refund money from fraudulent suppliers for months to no avail. Several of my associates found the same thing.
Quick and reliable solution for those who need to have the ability to take and send payments in a secure fashion.
It is as safe and secure as the most popular credit cards, continuously gaining trust of costumers all around the world. It has a fast invoicing service for freelance and business users.
PayPal is a great tool that allows for incoming and outgoing cash exchange in a seamless way. It is easy to idea and very secure.
I love the ease of use, both on the computer and the app on my phone. I love the feeling of security in sending money to friends and making purchases online.
On top of all this, I'm pretty satisfied with how it ensures the security and privacy of my accounts and my e-money. I've never been this happy as much as I am with PayPal.
It's a very great solution for sending money to everyone, I used it weekly and I like it so much, I really love it.
Having money in PayPal really helps with the ease of payment at various points during online shopping. I love the easy transition of the gateway with the security.
I love that when you purchase using Paypal, if the item received is either wrong or never delivered, they have a great customer service team that can help resolve it.
Satisfactory, customer service is great and helpful, easy for customers and employees. Platform very user friendly.
The PayPal API is fantastic and the ease of use trumps any potential downfalls we may have. PayPal has been fantastic and helps keep PII and payment information safe.

Pros and Cons from NetSuite users

The best part of the software is that you You can download data for any period that you desire. It provides with a very user-friendly dashboard and the ease of accounting is also there.
My advice for those scoping out Netsuite is seriously analyze your business requirements and then advocate the hell for them in the scoping or implementation phases.
It's ability to allow the user to customise the report by adding data field(s) which is great as we do not always need to go behind IT Professional asking for help.
Please do your research before you find yourself stuck in a contract with a bunch of misleading employees that won't even respond to your email or try to address your concerns.
The ability to customize just about anything your organization wants is rewarding. And if you are willing to spend, you can have your system fit your business processes like a glove.
I hate the reporting functionality, avoid it if I can. Might be that I don't really understand its uses.
We were fortunate enough to use a trained consultant to do the implementation and now we have a fantastic solution even through getting there was not smooth sailing.
Lack of direct integration to the PSA tool. We struggled with bringing all of the contract details into the PSA and associated project.
In all cases, the ability to customize to unique business needs, far beyond something like Quickbooks or Microsoft Dynamics, is fantastic.
And when you realise that a lot of what you are paying for is really very poor and that you have to buy additional software/SAAS to make up for it's shortcomings, it is even more expensive.
It makes certain things accounting wise very automated and easy. Integration features are amazing.
It still has the same old clunky "out of date" UI, very limited change is made in their annual updates - it remains very dated and Netsuite never address the key lack of functionality.
Software is very easy to use so suitable for all staff not just office based staff. Software is so powerful that you can use it for invoicing, customer support, CRM and Shopping carts.
The customer support is horrible. You can call your Account Executive and it takes days, weeks or months to get results.
I use it on a daily basis and its very useful for quick reports and billing. I find it very helpful when I have to raise a large number invoices at one go through the upload.
I am sometimes disappointed with the "out of the box" product, meaning there are some things that I would think are standard, but they end up costing more.
Really good for accounting and easy to use the basic features.
Perfect for Subscription and SaaS Model Businesses.

Pros and Cons from Sage Intacct users

Overall, it has been a great experience. Support is excellent, and the company works to constantly improve the product and keep the features competitive with what's available in the market.
Also for example, you can set invoices to "warn" you if duplicate invoice numbers when manually entering, but if you are using the import feature, it will just crash.
Have been on it since the start of the company and has worked great. Customer support is always there when we have a question and it serves our needs great.
Sage intacct was the worst experience I have had with any accounting system implementation. I basically did all of the integration and system set up and paid them to do it.
The customizing of reports is great. The simplicity is nice and it's easy to navigate around and for the most part pretty easy to train on.
We get a lot of errors within Intacct and Salesforce integration, I am not sure if our setup is just complex but we always seem to be fixing something.
Many options and integrations. I have used it for a while and looks interesting, and the data is impressive.
It was cumbersome to go back and fix an error. The customer service reps were not as knowledgeable in certain areas.
I because extremely comfortable with it with in days so i would say it is extremely user friendly. It was very convenient in the sene that most everything i needed was all in one place.
I like that Sage Intacct offers free webinars onlime. Accounting and financial management has been easy to handle via features like project accounting and AP and AR Automation.
The user friendliness makes it easy to train staff, the import feature saves us time when entering data and the ability to budget and expense to different dimensions.
Intacct is great for the price and functunality.
Sage is excellent to manage accounting departments for smaller organizations.
I can only say that I liked that this connected to Salesforce.
Ease of use, easy to modify and look up JEs as needed.
Overall, my experience has been positive. The Sage user community is active and we’ve been able to get support when we need it and the online how-tos and cheat sheets are very helpful.
It's very easy to use and integrates well with a number of other products, such as MineralTree and SalesForce.
I like how users cannot force things to work like in QuickBooks. If the rec doesn't balance, they have to figure it out.

Also there is a strong community that can help you find answers. Also i like that is very logical and robust, so this facilitates queries from others sources to get data from SAP Tables.
The overall experience has been extremely painful. Users from a large global company are finding it difficult to adapt to using this software.
This is the best process manufacturing software you can find out there, it is affordable, and there is a demo version to help you in your decision.
To much training needs to be done to work alone without older colloquies.
I really enjoy this product, it’s very reliable and the customer service it amazing.
Sometimes it is difficult to integrate it with the payment system of national banks. Requires modifications and additional costs.
The software is, no doubt, very powerful and has a lot of great features in it. It can automate and save a business money.
It's difficult to install in remote locations, and it's sometimes slow to respond.
I was delighted to use it as it covers every aspect of processes comprehensively with details reporting outputs to fulfill business needs.
Also at times you need to have skilled staff for certain critical processes as the system is works on Garbage in Garbage Out concept.
I think that SAP S4/HANA Finance opens new learning opportunities for people working in finance, resulting in better efficiency and ease of use.
Users and companies implementing this software can end up over-complicating their project leading to failed implementations.
SAP S/4 is quite versatile and perfect for the manufacturing environment, features like the electronics parts catalog enable efficient management of a large number of parts.
This software has been very helpful in transacting financial transactions. Highly recommended system.
Transaction processing capabilities are the best in the industry with integration across the supply chain from order to cash.
Overall It's been a good experience and you always keep learning more things about the software.
I would highly recommend licensing this software to professionals in big institutions.
It seemed to be relatively easy to navigate and pick up considering the plethora of options and buttons.

The features it supports are easy to learn and understand. Great and very responsive customer support.
To be genuine, i can't remember anything that disappointed me while using Eleven.
It is a great and highly recommendable software for accounting needs. It has a simple and user-friendly interface which makes it super easy to use and manage.
I lack some integrations, but the team claims to work on them in future.
I like the fact that we can accept payments in multiple currencies which is quite amazing.
Eleven is a must have software for accounting needs. Since i started using it i have never recorded any challenges.
It comes loaded with powerful accounting features which ensures that all the needs that it was implemented to solve are solved effectively and efficiently.
We have not identified any notable weakness at this stage.

The best about eleven is that it is easy to use and user friendly software. Automated payment processing and invoicing helps to reduce employees work load.

The software does what it promises and has been a great asset to our business model.
The most issue of this is that lack of immediate images , so users are unable to generate their own check image to examine.
I love how I can easily integrate my existing affiliate system like LinkTrust or HasOffers and seamlessly sync payments.
Weve been using it for so many years and we have no intention in switching to a different software.
Allows an easy approval of PRs with a friendly and fast UI that provides all the context I need for approval.
The only downside is the reconciliation report can be a bit difficult to work with in terms of bank reconciliations, etc.
Excellent Customer Support, I'd rank it among the best. You can actually CALL them.
Knowing if a recipient is indeed “payable” is sometimes a bit difficult to determine. However, such recipients seem to be in hard-to-pay countries.
A payment run for international and domestic payments saves time and money. It's fantastic to have a completely paperless payment process.

I am a user of Tipalti who is not particularly well versed in finances, but the platform is so easy to understand that even I can use it with confidence.
We love that it integrates well into our current system and it scales up extremely well to our 500+ employees.
It is extremely easy to implement, has a flexible and accurate approval flow and contains all the exact features a valid process needs without the complexity of other tools in its domain.
I like how easy it is to import and manage payees in Tipalti.
The software is very user friendly and automated.
Very userfriendly and I appreciate the vendors could choose a way of payment (wire, paypal, check).
Eversince we switched to tipalti, sending funds is no longer considered a nightmare for me. What I like about them the most is that their customer service is very reliable and quick.
Overall it started out pretty good. As volume started to pick up and required purchase orders to be created through Teampay, we started seeing blatant sync/connection issues with Netsuite.

It has a very clean look and the fact that I can look at my statement very quickly is amazing.
The inability to assign entries to specific projects from the mobile app seems a bit baffling and frustrating.
I also love the customer service by phone is key and email is great to. Finally I love giving password to my accountant and I'm done.
Dealing with vendor credits is a pain when you pay by cheque.
Kashoo is one of the small companies that is competing with the big guys. Their support is fantastic, their product is easy to use and constantly updated for features and usability.
Email function needs fixing (can’t send email invoice without getting rid of > this at the end of address ) in field. Reporter problem to no avail.
It's easy to invoice my clients by sending them invoices directly via Kashoo. It's recommended by my CPA and the reports make him happy.
Sometimes would take a couple of weeks for they to answer a problem i would be having. They did state they would get back with me.
Amazing alternative to Wave & a better value than Quickbooks for freelancers & small businesses.
I like that it's in the cloud and accessible anywhere. The customer service is also very responsive.
You can connect your banks and PayPal and setup clients, sellers and items. It’s really helped us to get our startup’s finances better tracked and the price is great.
It is a great software that help people on day to day bookkeeping.
It is easy to set up a Chart of Accounts too. It important my transactions from my bank and CC is easy.
I've enjoyed having an easy online place to enter my income and expenses for my small business. The dashboard is pretty straightforward.
Had all my banks, which is rare as I'm Canadian and often accounting software has either only US banks or a tough process to get my banks to integrate. Customer service experience has been amazing.
Great Software--If You Don't Need to Connect Any Bank Accounts.
The Square/SquareUp integration is among Kashoo's strongest features in my experience, as I can't recall any synchronization issues or glitches accessing Square data in Kashoo.
I got the program at a discount with lifetime access, so it's definitely worthwhile for that price. I can't say how much it would be worth for a monthly or annual fee.

I like the ease of all the information being exactly where it should be, I like the ease of categorising things and for the system to remember.
The bad thing for me is that it's quite expensive.
Customer support has been fantastic, with any queries being addressed and resolved promptly.
Our bank connexion sometimes breaks, which is annoying.
Overall it has been seamless and it is now a very important part of my day.
The possibility to undo perhaps a mistake that as been made during a certain action.
I discovered Agicap 1.5 years ago, at a time where following the cash was absolutely key to our business. Agicap has been super helpful with that.
The app is not efficient. There's not the possibility to check all the implemetations and personalizations.
Agicap is a great tool with fantastic customer service.
The visual display of the information is extremely simple and the ease to navigate makes the software extremely easy to adopt and implement.
It is a great way to have an overview to see who has paid and who has not paid.
This software looks very nice solution, UX, support, etc.
Easy to use and helps us a lot to forecast our cash during challenging times.
Ease of use, automatic reconciliation with the bank, possibility of creating different scenarios.

Ease of use and functionality. There is a wealth of information at your fingerprints that with some other applications either you would not have or is cumbersome to extract.
Apart from the accounts that are missing data or not reporting any data, it provides me with what is needed to be more aware of certain business accounts and flag them on my end for high risk.
Useful information can be generated in a short amount of time. The graphics and credit recommendations are super helpful and intuitive.
It doesn't alert me when my session is about to end.
Enjoy mutual benefit of also being a trade partner to allow for greater data tools and logo displaying that we report to D&B to encourage prompt payment.
The recently changed, in the past year, of the downloaded document is more difficult to read then past versions.
Overall experience has been great. This is one of the best tools I have access to, and it really has helped in my work.
Assessing the stability of the company taking into account the D&B assessment of whether or not the company is likely to fail … which would then lead me to "watch" the supplier and get alerts.
I have a great working relationship with all of my DNB contacts, it is easy to get them to help me with any issues that may arise.
The ease of the website. I love how it's easy to find the info I need.
It is a user friendly solution and it is very intuitive.
The ease of use and how it helps us complete our financial assessment compliance checklist.
D&B Finance Analytics was super easy to set up and integrate.
The information is well presented on screen. I can't comment on integration as I only use D&B for assessing potential suppliers.

Pros and Cons from Workday Financial Management users

Workday does an amazing job with a great interface allowing the user to easily learn the system while not sacrificing the work being done. Easy, affordable, maintainable.
Hard to learn at first- errors pop up at times.
Overall experience with Workday Financial Management has been fantastic. Great capabilities that can integrate very well with other Workday modules.
My overall experience with Workday is sometimes frustrating since I cannot get the reports I need to do my job.
I love how user friendly it is. You can find anything and everything with ease.
Employees will accept having to use Workday to manage their taxes, etc. I'm not aware of an alternative for large companies. It will, however, be a perpetual pain point for employees.
I think it will be a great benefit to our employees once we get everything set up as it should be.
The only difficult thing to figure out is how many hours you have for the week.
A great benefit is that I have accomplished to change proactively to internal and external changes without IT resources or costly customizations.
The payslip management is very helpful. Taking a look at all of your paycheck structure and absence in easy-to-navigate panes is a good feature.
I am not a lover of numbers but Workday made it almost seem fun to do my accounts through here. It's easy to use, to track your finances and make changes when needed.
Workday has been the most enjoyable experience in my career. Nobody likes to fiddle around with software that looks outdated and glitchy when they’re dealing with their paycheck.
An excellent solution to make all of those once tedious tasks much easier.
Some of the budget management reports allow users to drill down into specific line items/ spend categories. This feature is great for a quick refresher of recent expenses.
There is no fuss, no hiccups, just easy and almost fun to use because it works smoothly.
Each new release adds additional utility. The Workday Community is a great tool to post ideas and get real world advice from other companies experiencing the same issues.
Also to integrate it with other organisational needs like HRM helps report some really important organisational data.
Workday community the best part where you put up issues and get advice from organisation experiencing similar problems.

Pros and Cons from Carta users

Very seamless and straightforward. Positive experience for end users, and helps feel like the equity system is more legitimate within our company.
Carta did not have any alerts system, and did not notify affected employees for a month. Some employees were left tens of thousands of dollars worse off than had the error not occurred.
It's nice to track my overall equity and individual grants. The best feature is the ability to simply forecast overall share allotments across varying vesting schedules.
The interface and experience are terrible. It is clunky and not intuitive.
Love how Carta automatically updates me as to when I have more vested options and shows a progress bar as to how far I still have to go for all of my stock options to vest.
Most of the time I don't know they're there, because I don't need them. When I do need them, it is a consistently horrible experience.
I also really like the interactive vesting schedule/option exercise calculator. They are both quite helpful in visualizing stock benefits.
Truly painful in every way. Seriously avoid unless you are a huge company and you feel like wasting enormous amounts of time.
I've used Carta through multiple companies and I love how it takes complex legal language and breaks it down for you to simply understand and visualize in its predictive outcomes.
I have found it a bit difficult to add new users, debt issuances etc. and my customer service rep has generally pushed me toward recordings of user Q&A sessions rather than answer my questions.
Carta, however, was FAR superior to all other options in ease-of-use, accuracy of data, security, rapidity of product development, and ability to scale along with our company.
Overall, Carta makes it really easy to not only view your holdings, but each individual grant and what has vested. It also allows you to exercise options that are available to you.
I love having an up-to-date Cap Table at all times and being able to model exit and funding round scenarios quickly. Integrated stock ledger and 409A valuations are a plus, too.
Their documentation and blog are very helpful in understanding all the terms and nuance of stock options.
Customer support is top notch. Chat feature allows you to live chat support team with minimal wait time.
The software itself works fine, I guess, as it rarely has technical problems. The offered tutorial does help, and I appreciate the Carta team for putting the tutorial together.
The CEO's and law firms that use it seem to be happy with it, as an investor user, I literally cringe every time we get a new stock cert from Carta because it takes so long to do antying.
Easily see all investments with my current company.

Pros and Cons from Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP users

User friendly, effective controls, cost effective, easy accessible for end users once over Cloud and fast performance.
I can't believe how such a highly considered company can produce something this bad.
It is a great ERP system if you want to run a smooth business with all the trasactions recorded clearly. Its easy to learn and access as well.
The sheer amount of time it takes oracle to get setup could bankrupt your company of resources. We are going on a two year implementation time frame and still do not have a functional product.
I have been working with this technology for quite a while now, and Oracle has been great support.
Price charges are more comparitively apps available in markete. Some scenarios are not integrated with other modules.
I am new user and I find it very easy to use. Tracking and finding is so simple and the updation of real time basis is amazing feature.
Overall it has been poor, it takes me longer to get things done with it and is cumbersome to use and learn.
The entire application is spread sheet friendly which accountants and end users love. Journals, invoices, suppliers, budgets etc can be loaded using spread sheets.
Multi modules packed in one suite confuse our less trained Employees.
There are a lot of features that allow you to perform a variety of tasks in order to do your job better.
For some reason the web based solution for this would crash often.
Oracle good for maintaining receipts and business expenses for a small business/group.
Its immediate integration help business to to perform tasks more efficiently. Report building is so easy.
Its good for textile sector.every textile firm use it to Create pipline for their business.
It was a great tool to use for managing inventory and issuing purchase orders to vendors.

I have found Plaid to be an outstanding platform overall, and it has considerably improved my ability to manage my finances.
WaveApps.com reliance on Plaid a horrible decision.
I have been amazed by Plaid's powerful and dependable financial data connection capabilities.
It can have some issues authenticating banks with two-factor authentication enabled. Canadian integration is lagging behind the American one.
I love how robust their integrations are across many different payment/banking platforms.
No app for the software there’s also no way to remember or connect accounts to a profile.
More recently I had a chance to integrate a large-scale software with Plaid for fraud detection and onboarding, and it was a very pleasant experience, with modern APIs and good support.
More options/places are added constantly so its hard to complain about an app that is constantly trying to improve.
I so love the Plaid software it makes it so easy to login directly to your online banking account.
I love the interface of a pop-up window that allows the user to log in to their online banking, select the account, and use that to complete an online payment.
I like that you can connect your PayPal account ti have a more secure way to pay for things over the internet. You can also connect your bank account ir other credit cards.
The ease of use and mobile app which allows direct financial options from employer to employees and clients.
I like how it recognizes the different needs & requirements each individual financial group/bank expects. Some simply need login information while others demand more details.
Plaid is easy to use and doesn't have many steps you have to go through to get the information added.
Overall, I have had an excellent experience with Plaid. I had to contact customer service just 1x and I was able to get a human quickly.
Each issue we initiate with Plaid's support staff receives prompt attention, and they take the time to clarify faults and provide solutions.

Overall a better solution as many others out there.
Since finway itself is rather very young, a few minor problems occurred at the beginning.
It has the best (that I have so far tested) exported that that match 1-1 in Datev import. Thus saving time from working extra in Datev.
Still evolving, so many things are missing or being added right now. Nothing dramatic though.
I like using it for the simple things I have to do with it.
Bugs, long loading times, some missing features about cost assigning etc.
Very user-friendly and modern platform submitting the expenses is really easy without initial knowledge also very fluid collaboration and workflow.

We have had a fantastic experience with the software and the support team. We feel that it is a true partnership between vendor and client.
No touch implementation of bank account upload (automated). Automation of payments for all SAP companies leads to significantly reduced time effort for the whole group.
Compared to other solutions I always felt that users will be comfortable with it. The look and feel is easy for them and you start to like to work with it.
Could we say I don't like how the tree works that opens all entities.
TIS was responsive when needed and very patient when we encountered delays on the bank side. Extremely responsive and quick to resolve issues that cropped up.
The handling is easy, the transparency is great. As an administrator I know all corners and even after almost 10 years of usage, I still like to login every day.
Easy to use, Good integration with SAP, Very good support.
The features that we like most are the extensive payment library, the ease of deployment, the implementation support and the problem resolution support.
Very happy with customer service and implementation team. We onboarded during Covid when our internal resources were strained and we faces significant interruptions in bank resources.
Easy and quick setup; flexible solution to accommodate ongoing changes; user friendly.
Transparency and security are just on top reasons to go for TIS.
The payment release process is the same worldwide and the bank connectors work well. Local users confirm that the TIS tool is a true benefit for the local processes.
Faster, accurate, instantly seeing the latest daily balances. Very easy daily handling, from a project implementation point of view.
It's easy to get connected the difficulty is not the tool implementation. It's rather handling many TIS implementation projects in several countries across multiple Banks and Project Managers.

Work has become easier thanks to automation tools. Some of the tasks are performed by the system algorithm, and at this time I am doing more useful things.
You need to have a propre training t use this. Sometimes, its functionality are so overwhelming that you loose the focus.
Thanks to this, I can upload developed projects on that platform to PPM. Such synchronization helps to spend a minimum of time on transferring projects.
There are many features that are unknown and add an unnecessary burden. Functionality is complex and not easy to understand the flow and its connection to other components.
Overall good Management tool for all different of management.
Working on projects with colleagues is inconvenient. In addition, I do not like that for some reason it is not always possible to remove participants from projects the first time.
One of the Best Project Management Tools in the Market.
Configuration was tough. Project Managers found it too complicated.
CA PPM is a tool is a very handy tool for all our project management needs. Lot of features to help with our complex needs.
Level of customization, timesheet approval process, ability to save entered time in advance.
Feature to build your portfolio and engage with customers.

I'm a people person so it really means a lot to me when the people I work with are helpful and kind. Everyone I've interacted with at Briq has been an absolute pleasure.
The lack of accountability, the deliverable structure was always off, they keep trying to double my contract value while providing no return.
On top of all of this, the BOT workflows we have put into place with Briq have saved our admin team a lot of time. Not sure how we worked before them to be honest.
It is a bit confusing to understand how Briq works but probable is a result of not having the time to dedicate to Briq.
The ease that the bots do the work is great. We've saved a lot of time, energy, and money.
There are no criticisms that come to mind at this time.
We have solved the double entry we were doing, our marketing department likes all of the data collection, and we are working on a better cash flow reporting. The Briq team is incredible.
The User Interface is great, AP Automation is very helpful and Revenue Forecasting is much easier now.
We've saved a lot of time and money with their platform. I highly recommend them for firms wanting to automate manual processes or connecting disparate databases.
Overall Experience with Briq is Great. Easy to use , Simple, Contains all information required for reports and light years ahead of Microsoft Excel.
The support staff is responsive and usually solve my problems within 1 business day.
Software was easy to use. Had flexible reporting criteria using Insight.
The BRIQ interface created to link our two softwares and worked really well. Data is syncing over in a timely manner and accurately.
