Pros
Now almost 5 years later we are still reaping the benefits of an up to date, supported, and growing reservation system. It has been wonderful to be a part of the development of the Betterez system.

Pros
The system has so many great features and is very user friendly. Even the drivers who aren't great with electronics are able to use this with ease.
The customer support and ease of use is awesome, they walk you through everything and make sure you understand how to use the software. Like night and day compared to the last company we were with.
The implementation team was amazing and made sure the setup process was very easy. The dashboard of the program is great and the integration with my other favorite software is on point.
Cons
We had a previous online reservation system that was costing quite a bit, was confusing to our customers, and was an overall pain to maintain and implement new trips or to revise current trips.
Similar services have tried to convert us over the years to their product, but when stacked up next to Betterez, they’ve all fallen short.
Some changes are slow and others happen like lightening- it makes for a bumpy ride at times, and soft/whiney employees can have a hard time dealing with the changes or lack there of.
Cons
Samsara is such a value additive software, that it dampens my frustration with the many bugs and problems evident in rushed development and poor testing for certain features.
I can see at a glance where our equipment is and when it moves, whereas before we had to rely on eyes in the field and calling around. Samsara solves this problem by taking out the human error.
With having to switch back and forth, I sometimes get a little lost and it takes clicking around a lot before I figure it out.
