I provide client side support for YouthCenter and have been working with the program for 5 years.
Customer service from BizStream is excellent and the company is very responsive to standard and custom requests. YouthCenter has a clean user interface and is generally easy for end-users to navigate.
The design of the UI, font and color scheme are starting to show their age.

We are a small juvenile probation department with a small budget. Youth Center has given us an excellent tool to manage cases, maintain records, and storage for documents. It is so helpful for every worker to have access to the same information when covering for someone else is needed. We use the system daily and it has streamlined our business in a lot of ways.
All data companies are helpful in the sales and onboarding stages, Youth Center included. Where Youth Center shines is the follow up support. Years after purchase we are still getting support and assistance whenever it is needed. Youth Center is regularly updated and we are clearly informed what changes we can expect to see from the update. We are regularly asked for our input when the system is making changes that are most helpful to the actual users.
Some things may be easier with the system when they finally merge their old and new systems. But we have been given a lot of support on how to use the system as it currently functions.
