Overall, it has been an excellent experience. From the set up to the training, ease of daily use, and the willingness of the customer service to help out when needed.
Had a few hits lately where either the excavator or our locator "assumed" where the property ended and they were wrong on tickets saying "Locate Entire Property.
We love that the BOSS811 team is constantly improving their system and always provide great feedback anytime I have a question.
We had a business need to replace a legacy ticket management program with an extremely aggressive schedule.
The cost savings and visibility that this brought into our organization that displays real time locate activity has been amazing. The customer service and agile deployment of solutions is top notch.
We haven't had any cons yet. From the previous ticket management software we had to BOSS811, there is no contest.
Definitely made by folks with experience in this industry. They know what they're doing and based on conversations with their amazing support team, they care.

Their support has been great in helping me with any issues I have, and that has been very few and far between.
Notifications that uploads have been unsuccessful are a little too subtle - meaning that you can miss it if you are working quickly (as we so often are during board pack creation).
The Board is happy with the software, it is user friendly, displays well on computer, tablet, or phone. As an admin I am happy with the support whenever it is needed.
Sometimes the icons are confused and even when you created a page, the icons inside this page are weird.
OnBoard has been great for our Board members and all users enjoy it. Great communication tool, very easy to use.
The video I could see and hear was choppy and hard to follow. I was unable to log in from my portable devices, and when I thought I was logged in, i could not be heard.
Also, the agenda is super easy to build. And it will be terrific to have all the board documents from our meetings saved on the portal and accessible at any time.
I'm not sure that it is an actual con, but, the permissions are a little confusing to me. I will set up meetings and resources for my boss to tell me they are not in OnBoard.
Very professional, supportive and knowledgeable people who walk you through the onboarding process and provide continual support and check-ins. Very impressive and welcome.
The customer support is great as they are very responsive and friendly to work with and the online resources are also very helpful and easy to use.
OnBoard provides a secure and convenient way to share Board packets, policies and important information. Robust features, easy to use, highly secure.
It has been a positive experience overall. They are there to support you and offer assistance when and where needed to help make your Portal a success.

Great, easy to use software for start up to smaller type businesses who need an easy to use software that you do not have to spend a lot of time setting up and has a great easy to use interface.
The one disadvantage is that it's certainly not the easiest system to use, and there's no way the average Jo can set themselves up on it alone.
I used this and best in customer support, sales product and operation. I recommend this to those have a business this will help you.
The information that comes in from emails regarding Salesforce can sometimes be a little misleading or is just not in the same location that it was before. Product information that is.
I love that it's customizable for the specific needs of our organization and the definitions we have. There are also amazing integrations built in.
Similar to the product that salesforce bought and then killed DESK.com.

I really love Caspio, The Customer Service is wonderful, it is an easy application to get up to speed on and provides so much benefit.
Worst experience ever in 20 years of IT procurement. Stay away from these fraudsters.
Caspio was great to use. It took us very little time to learn it and we were able to build a secure database that provides great information to our students.
When we need to do condition assessment of field asset and we have no network connectivity, we all end up frustrated with the platform regardless whether Caspio is to blame.
When I began using Caspio, I experienced great customer service to get me started on the right foot. They spent quality time with me to insure I was successful ... and I was.
At this time there is nothing I can really say bad about this app.
The great news is that if you aren't a programmer they have a great Managed Application Services Team that will do the work for you.
Don't like pressure tactics... its the only negative experience I would say I had. That sales technique makes me feel like they think I'm stupid.
Great experience and I really enjoy using the software. It makes me look very good to my superiors on a daily basis.
The ease of customization, flexibility and pricing won me over. Caspio plans scaled with our business so i never felt like i was paying too much for the service.
It is flexible enough to allow you to build literally any kind of application you want from simple to complex, which is powerful and liberating.
In this respect, Caspio has played out an important and critical role by offering a reasonably priced and powerful platform to them.
I am able to create standardized reports with appealing charts and graphs. I like the latest version of Caspio which incorporated responsive DataPages.

The product is good, but the Customer Service is AWESOME. Our Rep is Teri, and she is always very willing to help, has the right answers and follows up on all requests.
I have had instances when the customer status is inactive and I'll go back and find a credit balance on the account of this penalty. I just have to watch for then and take off the credit balance.
I like working overall with this software it's user friendly, reports are fast and easy, and working with great friendly people to help when we need help.
The only issue I have had is that the computer takes off the final penalty charge when the customer is closed out.
I am very pleased with LMS Waterworks, I myself have been using it for going on 14 years and it was installed before I became the City Clerk. Terri is amazing for help.
The only problem I had was getting rid of old accounts.
When I have had questions,even on the weekends, Terri has been very willing to assist me. Her customer service is outstanding.
I started with my city a little over a year ago, the previously city clerk had been fired leaving me to start with zero training.
All in all, very AWESOME. Thanks to the crew and I just Love the waterworks program.
I am very satisfied with our program, and the support I get from John and Teri is super.
I highly recommend this company. They are always trying ways to improve to make it better.

Waterworks is a very easy and user friendly system for towns that cannot afford the larger cost of computer systems like Casselle.
City Clerk for almost 15 years and this is by far the best, easiest most cost effective software the City has ever used.
Our computer system crashed a few years ago and with the help of WaterWorks Online Back-Up & and Terri we were back up and running quickly. I highly recommend WaterWorks.
This program does exactly what we need it to do without being complicated and requiring multiple fields to be filled before you can move on to the next screen. Customer service is also great.
The product is good, but the Customer Service is AWESOME. Our Rep is Teri, and she is always very willing to help, has the right answers and follows up on all requests.
I have had instances when the customer status is inactive and I'll go back and find a credit balance on the account of this penalty. I just have to watch for then and take off the credit balance.

The only issue I have had is that the computer takes off the final penalty charge when the customer is closed out.

I have been using Costpoint for a few years and it is a great tool. I would love to hear about applications that interact with CP for Purchasing and Subcontracts.
There is not a day that goes by that I am not pissed off at this software. It's 10:00 A.M and I have stopped working to come here and post about how awful cospoint is.
My review is from an administration standpoint. When I first started supporting this software, the support from Deltek was less than amazing.

One more point can easily be gained by paying attention to the community, which are the fans of their business. The other point can be gained by adding better standard features and design features.
I have also had records that should have been deleted not be deleted. I have put my own stop checks into the app and have not had any corrupted data as of yet, but the issues I've had do concern me.
We've been able to cancel our SalesForce subscription and came up with your own custom CRM using Knack. It's affordable, the support is great and it's feature rich.
The lack of support and the turn around time for support is difficult. For companies that use as an integral part of their business it is risky for an ordering system, etc.
There are great custom developers that can build entirely or help out with integrations as needed.
However, Knack has always been online, and the issues we have had were mostly attributable to user errors.
Knack is easy to use, they listen to their customers and the pricing structure is awesome.
I have no qualms with anything about knack. I do not use the programming end of the software, but the user side is very convenient.
Also, being able to set up scheduled reminders is a lifesaver to ensure that we won't miss deadlines for important tasks.

My experience with Huddle has been really amazing and helpful. I like that it supports top security for your files thus making it a very secure solution for file management.
I am SWOTing Huddle as we are trialing the software for enterprise use. Some major flaws that are hard to ignore with a couple I consider "critical points of failure.
Easy to use, user friendly and as administrator i find that the Huddle Help team brilliant.
I think it would be harsh to give a 4 star rating because it don't have that.
Excellent product in the collaboration software space, does everything quickly and effortlessly.
Lastly, it also can be a little sluggish and slow to respond at times. Not very frequently but the lag is there.
Simple and easy to navigate the system interface. Great integrations to make this system even more robust.
Some strange issues with approvals happening before all amendments have been made to a document. Can get into a bit of a muddle sometimes but hasnt happened often.
Huddle is nice because it’s simple enough for all users and there is some traceability. It’s a writer’s dream because it streamlines with word processing.
But if your used to the ease of consumer tools then this is for you as it combines the consumer application but makes it suitable for business in terms of features & security.
In the consumer and their needs as well as their costs are profitable, this software is recommended for medium and large companies.
The organization's customer service is top notch - replies to inquiries are often received within hours, and suggestions for functionality improvements are welcomed.
Lovely clean interface, very intuitive. Able to set individual nested folder access permissions.
It integrates well with Microsoft Office which is great. Easy to use interface, works well offline and it’s easy to get team members on board using it.

I love the "new" dashboard as you have click only to do what you need/want to do. Everything about VT is wonderful, time-saving, and FUN.
I get a little lost in all of the available features, but that's more of my own problem in not taking time to better understand the tools available.
My overall experience has been outstanding, and I have been able to deliver quality documents to a variety of clients in less time, saving them money.
We have no pre-post statistics to offer, but we know we've cut as many as 4-5 days off preparation time using all of the different product features.
They provide a fast and outstanding overview of the changes to a document version. Also the acronym checker is excellent to help you verify that you have defined all your acronyms in your document.
You have to know who in your organization does what - they're used to doing things the hard & slow way.

So misleading that the rep and I couldn't figure out what was going on during that 2-hour phone call. I finally figured it out and sent a follow-up email to you guys.
For the most part, it is straightforward and easy to use. What we really appreciate is the ability to keep funds completely separate and to always know what is in each fund.
The transition to Denali was very unacceptable. The Denali software was more of a beta version that was rolled out.
Overall, the ease of use and the technical help has saved me time to focus on other aspects of my job.
My only disappointment with Denali is the built-in reports are made for non-profit sales type organizations so I must still use Excel to produce the monthly reports for my various ministries.
Customer service is excellent. Reps are super friendly and take time to explain how-tos and/or how they are fixing problems.
What I got was a wasted two hours and a bill on my training hours.
The training was easy and Jeremy is so patient and helpful. I think we will really like Denali as soon as we get it all up and going.

I don't see any features that we are currently missing. Whatever we need, the SmartHead team can incorporate it.
We see from experience that everything good and valuable that we do makes sense and the public or other companies know how to appreciate or inspire it.

Smarthead platform is extremely user friendly, innovative and intuitive, it provides great opportunity for those who want to have their sustainability activities in one place.

Dossier support team is fantastic - they have a great team. The information needed for upper management is all there at all times.
I find it difficult at times to figure out how to change the permissions that my employees have and sometimes they do not have access to make changes when they need to because of that.
They are always continueing to give it more features and improvements. The staff is always friendly and more than willing to resolve or help you understand issues that come up.
We have had several bad habits and brought customer rep in to work out several issues. You were able to identify several issues and we have a ton of work to get through.
I have been using this software for 14 Years and Love it. One of the greatest things is that they keep up with the ever changing technology.
Offsite training is costly if you need to have a new user trained, but the training is of the highest caliber and very detailed.
Technical support is just a phone call away and the training program is outstanding. Dossier on Demand service performs as good as our 1500 HP Monster Jam trucks.
Our accounting / finance department has a very high demand for accurate cost accounting of the expenses associated with our fleet maintenance department.

Since I work for city government, we have to budget for items sometimes years in advanced. I looked into several fleet software systems and one of my favorites after the demo was Dossier Fleet.
My company has been use this software for ten years and found it to be very cost effective. From bar coding to inventory control it works well.
Dossier support team is fantastic - they have a great team. The information needed for upper management is all there at all times.
I find it difficult at times to figure out how to change the permissions that my employees have and sometimes they do not have access to make changes when they need to because of that.
They are always continueing to give it more features and improvements. The staff is always friendly and more than willing to resolve or help you understand issues that come up.
We have had several bad habits and brought customer rep in to work out several issues. You were able to identify several issues and we have a ton of work to get through.
I have been using this software for 14 Years and Love it. One of the greatest things is that they keep up with the ever changing technology.

The customer service was excellent. Our contact did everything possible to help us make the product work for us and was a great advocate.
The price makes it very hard for small companies to use GovWin/Deltek software and services. No App for GovWin IQ so must use it on a computer.

Ultimately, the product was expensive and extremely limited compared to other software that did the same thing.
Ve been running projects for the last couple pf years supported by this tool and I have to say it is very easy and makes tasks and progress status available and transparent to the team.
It's hard sometimes to perform a detailed search using multiple search terms. Plus, it's hard to perform a secondary search for capabilities.
Ease of use, ability to query for opportunities, document repository (old contracts, RFPs, etc.).
Onvia has recently made changes that make it more difficult and time consuming to determine if a lead is for a bid or a SOQ.
Onvia continues to update and make improvements that reflect the customer and ease of use. The search features are so easy to customize and navigate.
This is my project management tool of choice not only because how it supports operations but its analytics are always there and a added value to the set.
Software presents new opportunities daily in a very convenient email. You can prioritize and categorize as needed.
We have found many federal contract opportunities early that we may have never found otherwise.

Our contract called for one years service of their voter voice platform - it's stated on our payment - they have since harassed our company to continue using a service we have no need for.

Keeps us in the know with changes in the regulatory landscape. Love getting alerts and love the visual aspects (maps).
Hard to search enacted bills over a longer period of time.
FiscalNote is simple to use and provides me a good method of keeping track of my legislative outreach.
