This has been the best, most time-saving purchase for us. Customer service is outstanding.
The budgetary and supplemental views can be very confusing.
Open gov came in and did their part and it seems like a great tool especially when they are operating it. IT is easy to use once they set it the budget that you need.
Some areas are difficult to navigate --you have to make some assumptions not mentioned in the instruction manual.
I feel that the user interface and it being web based are the two biggest plusses for the software. I have the ability to work on the files from anywhere which is great.
The implementation process had a few still gaps like the PCF that discouraged us a little but of course, OpenGov heard our cries.
The ease of use is definitely a plus. I most appreciate the capability to bridge the gap between the consumers and us as the governing agency.
In addition, with their help the City was able to get the 2021 budget done in record time with high user acceptance from department heads.
The customer service has to be the most impressing. From training our staff, to always answering emails with assistance, we have truly appreciated the level of service.
I like the fact that users can make changes on their own, view their historical data, and use dashboards for analysis while submitting their budget.
Being able to easily extract datasets from Tyler was key to project success.

We like the fact it is awesome to share information quickly for in house documents. We appreciate having something that is staying with the technology moves we are seeing grow so rapidly.
My main complaint is the lack of flexibility in the reporting feature.
The original software our staff liked very much as the features were all customized and helpful and the support was in person and helpful.
Sometimes I just deal with the annoying issues and don't bother with support, because, mostly it's not worth it.
I like that I can see all the projects I need to review at once. I also love that applications can be customized.
It may be an administrator option, but completing an item in error cannot be reversed. Also, your own comments cannot be edited.
The amount of information available is fantastic.
Last I knew the code drop down box did not have option for 2019 new codes. It is difficult to process the CO's in Viewpoint it is a lot easier in Opal.
Overall experience is good. Keeps the building permit approval process moving.
The obstacles I encountered were also encountered by the City staff who were charged with configuring the program to perform task that I mentioned earlier.
I like the various features of maps and the intricate details.

Overall, it has been an excellent experience. From the set up to the training, ease of daily use, and the willingness of the customer service to help out when needed.
Had a few hits lately where either the excavator or our locator "assumed" where the property ended and they were wrong on tickets saying "Locate Entire Property.
We love that the BOSS811 team is constantly improving their system and always provide great feedback anytime I have a question.
We had a business need to replace a legacy ticket management program with an extremely aggressive schedule.
The cost savings and visibility that this brought into our organization that displays real time locate activity has been amazing. The customer service and agile deployment of solutions is top notch.
We haven't had any cons yet. From the previous ticket management software we had to BOSS811, there is no contest.
Definitely made by folks with experience in this industry. They know what they're doing and based on conversations with their amazing support team, they care.
Reporting can be a little confusing but nothing BOSS811 support can't help with.

It is annoying to still get reminders about a late update when you have posted that it cannot be completed by the original deadline. There should be some kind of "on hold" option.

It is a great software for posting the Jobs, Announcements, Easy to navigate, Great Customer Service. It is great for applicants to use the same profile for multiple jobs.
When entering a hire, with the last OHC update, a tab for approvers now exists. This is confusing for managers as they enter some random name.
I love the ease of use and diversity of what we can do for our recruiting department with this software.
If multiple people review the same applications there is no option to keep individual reviews answers.
The best part of the software is -- it supports Oracle standard version, which saves us must more supported expense.
Difficult to change some required programming when necessary. Not always to quickly change programming rules due to legislation.
Overall our experience with Neogov was very good - they were timely in their customer support during setup and promptly answer any of our questions or concerns.
Master Record Merge function can be very confusing to new users.
The ePersonality/NextGen software product line is solid and a much better economic fit for us compared to the competitors in the enterprise HR/Payroll space.
We love the simplicity of the software. It's easy to navigate and learn for first time users.
The BI Tool has also allowed a great visibility into one of our major cost center and has been instrumental in gain of efficiency over time.
Happy with the flexibility in the product that is all setup and not customization.
Good app and is recommended for use in all offices.

The one disadvantage is that it's certainly not the easiest system to use, and there's no way the average Jo can set themselves up on it alone.

The information that comes in from emails regarding Salesforce can sometimes be a little misleading or is just not in the same location that it was before. Product information that is.
I love that it's customizable for the specific needs of our organization and the definitions we have. There are also amazing integrations built in.
Similar to the product that salesforce bought and then killed DESK.com.

When I began using Caspio, I experienced great customer service to get me started on the right foot. They spent quality time with me to insure I was successful ... and I was.
At this time there is nothing I can really say bad about this app.
The great news is that if you aren't a programmer they have a great Managed Application Services Team that will do the work for you.
Don't like pressure tactics... its the only negative experience I would say I had. That sales technique makes me feel like they think I'm stupid.
Great experience and I really enjoy using the software. It makes me look very good to my superiors on a daily basis.
The ease of customization, flexibility and pricing won me over. Caspio plans scaled with our business so i never felt like i was paying too much for the service.

I wish that the software pinged the various outlets using it when they haven't marked your application as "Rejected. It's annoying to see the submissions sitting there as "Pending" forever and ever.

There are so many functionalities that are useful and I'm certain I'm only using a small portion of all that's available. I highly recommend this software as a solution for tracking submissions.
I wish that the software pinged the various outlets using it when they haven't marked your application as "Rejected. It's annoying to see the submissions sitting there as "Pending" forever and ever.
Plus, Submittable was by far the most affordable solution and offered the best value for money in our opinion.
The inability to do copy and paste from the preview window makes it necessary to download files and open them with another program.
Customer service is quick and easy. They are a great site and a great team.
It is easy to track the progress of one's work submitted through Submittable to see whether it has been rejected or approved.
Being to able to track the progress of multiple submissions is worth the cost.
Furthermore, when I encountered troubles or had questions, I was given friendly and quick help over the telephone, as well as through their chatlines. Editing our site is also very easy.
Again, this software is incredibly easy to use and the features it provides help up tremendously.
Ease of use and functionality. Helps group everything in one place.
I like that I can view all my submissions together at any time to see if the status of any of them (accepted, rejected, etc) has changed so I don't have to keep track of that myself.
Submittable is an easy way to get your proposals and queries into editors, publishers, and agents - many of them require you use Submittable to turn in your work.

The product is good, but the Customer Service is AWESOME. Our Rep is Teri, and she is always very willing to help, has the right answers and follows up on all requests.
I have had instances when the customer status is inactive and I'll go back and find a credit balance on the account of this penalty. I just have to watch for then and take off the credit balance.
I like working overall with this software it's user friendly, reports are fast and easy, and working with great friendly people to help when we need help.
The only issue I have had is that the computer takes off the final penalty charge when the customer is closed out.
I am very pleased with LMS Waterworks, I myself have been using it for going on 14 years and it was installed before I became the City Clerk. Terri is amazing for help.

I dislike that the visual components of ACL are limited.
Flexibility in solutioning with ability to do analytics and automation and reimporting results to create info worthy reporting. And not to mention the good and fast support given.
I can hardly pinpoint any of the feature that is missing.
ACL Analytics and ACL Robotics - Simply Amazing capabilities in the windows version and the GRC platform. The ability to automate repetitive tasks is awesome.
We currently utilize ACL to normalize data (names) and then conduct fraud analysis on the payment requests to prevent duplicate or overlapping requests.
The ACL community and support provide literally thousands of scripts and other helps. The new features keep coming and are amazing, like the ACL Robotics (automation functions).
There are a number of different ways to get the same result and I am not always convinced I am doing it the right way. I find it difficult to pull results when multi-line fields are being imported.
Keeps things organized and helps us analyze large amounts of data quickly. Love it and would recommend to any audit team big or small.

I have also had records that should have been deleted not be deleted. I have put my own stop checks into the app and have not had any corrupted data as of yet, but the issues I've had do concern me.
We've been able to cancel our SalesForce subscription and came up with your own custom CRM using Knack. It's affordable, the support is great and it's feature rich.
The lack of support and the turn around time for support is difficult. For companies that use as an integral part of their business it is risky for an ordering system, etc.
There are great custom developers that can build entirely or help out with integrations as needed.
However, Knack has always been online, and the issues we have had were mostly attributable to user errors.
Knack is easy to use, they listen to their customers and the pricing structure is awesome.
I have no qualms with anything about knack. I do not use the programming end of the software, but the user side is very convenient.
Also, being able to set up scheduled reminders is a lifesaver to ensure that we won't miss deadlines for important tasks.

My experience with Huddle has been really amazing and helpful. I like that it supports top security for your files thus making it a very secure solution for file management.
I am SWOTing Huddle as we are trialing the software for enterprise use. Some major flaws that are hard to ignore with a couple I consider "critical points of failure.
Easy to use, user friendly and as administrator i find that the Huddle Help team brilliant.
I think it would be harsh to give a 4 star rating because it don't have that.
Excellent product in the collaboration software space, does everything quickly and effortlessly.
Lastly, it also can be a little sluggish and slow to respond at times. Not very frequently but the lag is there.
Simple and easy to navigate the system interface. Great integrations to make this system even more robust.
Some strange issues with approvals happening before all amendments have been made to a document. Can get into a bit of a muddle sometimes but hasnt happened often.
Huddle is nice because it’s simple enough for all users and there is some traceability. It’s a writer’s dream because it streamlines with word processing.
But if your used to the ease of consumer tools then this is for you as it combines the consumer application but makes it suitable for business in terms of features & security.
In the consumer and their needs as well as their costs are profitable, this software is recommended for medium and large companies.
The organization's customer service is top notch - replies to inquiries are often received within hours, and suggestions for functionality improvements are welcomed.
Lovely clean interface, very intuitive. Able to set individual nested folder access permissions.
It integrates well with Microsoft Office which is great. Easy to use interface, works well offline and it’s easy to get team members on board using it.
A simple interface for the Client portal and excellent customer support.
Excellent resource for exchanging working reports.
I like Huddle because am able to work on different files at a time and generating folders and subfolders.
Overall, it's pretty good at what it does and perhaps one to consider if your company isn't neck deep in investing into Microsoft's ecosystem of products.

It is wonderful and their customer service is the best and most personal customer service I have EVER received for any product I work with.
However, there's no option available for that. Also, there's no option in the "take action" box to to change the name of "cell phone" to just "phone.
I like the ease of signing people up. I speak to a lot of our members across the state and having the ability to have them pull out their smart phone and sign up is extremely beneficial.
Unfortunately our integration has had problems and it still doesn't have the features we want it to have.
I like the ease of use, the user interface, and the 24/7 customer service. They are great at answering every question and helping me when I need help navigating the platform.
The cons is the limited templates for petitions.
The team is fantastic, especially with our events. Customer service is great as well whenever I have a last- second question.
Integration with our email platform was a little tricky.
I love that it is so easy to use. The buildout for a campaign is smooth and user friendly.
I love the ease of use; it’s very intuitive to set up campaigns. And even more so for the user.

I love the "new" dashboard as you have click only to do what you need/want to do. Everything about VT is wonderful, time-saving, and FUN.
I get a little lost in all of the available features, but that's more of my own problem in not taking time to better understand the tools available.
My overall experience has been outstanding, and I have been able to deliver quality documents to a variety of clients in less time, saving them money.
We have no pre-post statistics to offer, but we know we've cut as many as 4-5 days off preparation time using all of the different product features.
They provide a fast and outstanding overview of the changes to a document version. Also the acronym checker is excellent to help you verify that you have defined all your acronyms in your document.
You have to know who in your organization does what - they're used to doing things the hard & slow way.
The system is speedy, and technical support is fantastic. The software produces nice excel outputs that are easy to manipulate, and I like that the user may upload as many files and folders necessary.
Use of Visible Thread is limited only by the imagination and we've used it for many aspects of our work beyond proposal preparation. We simply can't live without it.
It requires creativity to get the most out of it, and my investment of time devising creative uses has driven my success using the tool. It is uniquely useful in the Government Contracting field.
