Love the calendar feature where it syncs with my Google calendar. Love the reminders for client appointments and how they can manage their own appointments.
I have struggled most with billing—getting cards to not charge for missed appointments. Reminders have occasionally caught me off guard—either they went out too many times or not enough.
I like the fact that we no longer have to have paper files, ease of use overall and some of the features like appointment reminders, the ability to create and add your own documents.
This annoyed me because my time is very valuable and I specifically set aside the time for my training and no one bothered to alert me that it had been canceled.
This software is richly featured. I've appreciated the ability to create very sophisticated custom online intake forms, and and the autopay enrollment for automated batch credit card billings.
My main complaint is that I have had trouble getting someone on the phone when I have an issue. They do tend to respond by email quickly but sometimes I would prefer a phone conversation.
I am appreciate of the customer service that is prompt with response. The software has amazing training videos that assists with new users like myself.
The prompts for setup were a bit confusing and I'm having trouble getting back to some sections that I worked on previously.
What I love most is the ease and simplicity of the program that offers so much. It’s like having an assistant to help you with all of the paperwork without the high cost of payroll.

The software is user friendly so that help's me as an Owner to train new staff on billing. I also love the "unpaid insurance claim" report that helps my employees to work the Account's Receivable's.
This is a truly terrible billing software with poor customer service. I strongly advise talking with your billers before going down this road.
With a few tweaks to the system (I'd love to help!), coupled with its extreme ease of use and excellent reliability, Kareo EHR could become a powerhouse in the rapidly growing urgent care market.
They will leave you on the phone for 25-40 minutes before getting you some body who will brush you off. You have to figure your problems by yourself or suck it up.
The best product I have every used and when I need help the service is excellent.
Kareo knew about the problem, saw what was happening and could not fix it. It was yet another Kareo glitch due to the badly executed and buggy software.
I have been using Kareo since 2006, and I find the ease of use and the ability to integrate with multiple EMR products is good.
Workflow is inefficient for my practice and customizations are very limited. Patients found it difficult to use and I could not customize anything to address patient concerns.
I am still growing and encourage those I meet to transition to using this software. I have demonstrated my confidence in Kareo by including page on my business website promoting Kareo.
I do not have enough room to write a complete list of how terrible Kareo is.
As a new practice, price was very influential in the decision to go with Kareo. Our Success Coach was very helpful at first.
We had tons of rejections and denials for months. Our billers were on the verge of leaving because it was so much of a hassle.
Kareo customer service is always very easy to get in touch with and they are always pleasant and helpful.
Ultimately, when I delved further into the product, I realized that it would not work for me. I never even used the EMR. Kareo refused to consider any discount, any suspension, or any change at all.
It was easy to set-up the Inventory for each Insurance Carrier. I love the automatic posting capability.
It is a wonderful product to house medical billing information. You have easy access and may reports and tools to access when managing patient accounts.
Kareo is easy to use and easy to learn how to use. I liked the support of the onboarding team at Kareo as they taught us how to set up the software and how to get the most out of it.

Customer support is great, not a software that we will recommend to other practices that reach out to us inquiring software that is the best for their practice.

Customer support is superb, especially compared to the practice management software we were using prior. Therapy Notes constantly improves and updates, adding both free and paid features.
I have 2 complaints having used one of TherapyNotes competitors at my previous practice. One, I miss having an app on my phone.
Billing is so easy and it gives you billing at your finger tips, it is user friendly and the staff is awesome on assisting if you are not sure how to utilize all the features.
One more complaint: I have been a psychologist for over 25 years.
Otherwise, I like all their features and their customer support system is always on top of it and extremely helpful.
That has been a rather frustrating experience and can possibly lead to audit issues.

The trainer was also fantastic. This is geared towards mental health and they do an amazing job with every mental health inventory imaginable.
Customer service is severely lacking, especially their accounting department, who will never answer the phone or call you back if you need to dispute a charge.
I have been using Valant software for over a year now and it is has saved me a large amount of time with the awesome reporting features that come with the software.
Horrific customer service and dishonest leadership team.
Both the Therapists and Prescribing Clinicians have adapted well to it, and I as a Prescribing Physician Assistant find it an excellent way to follow and care for my patients.
From a provider perspective, trying to document has been a nightmare in the new platform too. This software isn't 2015 certified either which has resulted in problems with one of our payers.
Valant is incredibly easy and intuitive to use. It was designed for behavioral health care providers specifically, so all of the functionality is geared toward those who provide mental health care.
Very poor customer support. Not able to connect to other products.
The company constantly works to keep it up to date, tech assistance is prompt and always helpful, and in general it's a beautiful, well-designed system.
The onboarding and initial learning is a steep curve in my opinion. Training modules were a bit confusing to use.
The tech support services have greatly improved since the first time I used Valant. They are patient and knowledgeable whenever I have questions or need help walking through different issues.
It is incredibly cumbersome and difficult to navigate.
Valant is an example of what can be achieved with a great team of programmers and support personnel. This will be a well spent investment in your practice.
This was an unprofessional, despicable money grab. Why would we extend with Valant for 12 months, when we were a few months away from closing our account.
I LOVE that you can actually type in a patient name in reports and it actually takes you to the letter in the alphabet rather than having to scroll through the entire list of patients.
It's outdated and has limited integration features.
Your customer service team is one of the best in the business. They know their stuff and if they don't know, they find someone who does.

I am overall very pleased with Noteable. I am very happy with the support that we are provided when there is an issue.
The only thing I find unfavorable is the inability to change some of the predetermined fields that our company does not utilize.
There are so many built in features that ensure you, as a practitioner, have an easy job in managing and ensuring quality care.
There are no aspects of the product that are difficult to use. The integration process was smooth once all employees became accustomed to the layout of the site.
This system is super user friendly. My direct contact is always very helpful when I need things changed or updated, which has helped with implementation significantly.
Initially, notable was just another terrible ABA software that was hard to understand.
I love how creative I can be when planning treatment for my clients, whether it's managing behaviors or creating thorough and precise treatment objectives.
Not being able to pull a report on our pay (or how they compute or pay based on work submissions in noteable.). I do not like the word count.
From discovery to implementation, above all the things I appreciate about this platform the customer service and support is like none-other.

I liked how easy and user friendly it is to use this software. I will definitely will recommend this software.
I do have to keep track of all the billing myself, which is twice as much work because sometimes there are mistakes or things are missed.
And helpful to me and seems to care about my account/ business as much as I do. I enjoy working with her.
I have trouble with the graphing lines that separate the appointment times showing up on my screen. Once in awhile some of the messages I get are inaccurate.

This is a great tool for keeping and managing an appointment schedule. It allows a good amount of automation and integration with other software, which is great.
It was hard for me to go in and change my availability, there were way too many unnecessary steps. The way the calendar invites interact with Outlook was a little odd and confusing.
From a management perspective, this is an excellent tool to monitor incoming workload for team members. Ease of use within the program is great.
I don’t have an invoice or log in anymore. That’s why I’m annoyed that I’m being charged.
The new interface (timetap) is more intuitive and user friendly. Amazing and responsive tech support and customer service.
Not easy to follow up with customer without doing some digging on the timetap website to change an appointment, especially if customer puts in wrong phone number, no email, wrong address etc.
All of the support staff have been fantastic and extremely responsive. A big shout out to Lucy, who has been a support star, from the onboarding process to 2+ years of regular support.
At times appointments have failed to schedule.
It is a great experience, has increased my appointment booking to almost 100% and love the reminders.
This product perfectly met our scheduling needs. I especially loved the hibernation option, as we are a landscaping service and do not need to schedule appointments year-round.
I like the ease of use, the ability to switch easily to week, month or day. I am learning the rest of the program, I am sure it is as easy to use.
I am "older" and love how easy to use this software is. If I can't figure something out on my own, the online support team gets back to me very quickly with efficient and helpful advice.

It is still quite dated compared to competitors and you're restricted to what you can do. They could do with a graphics designer or ergonomic designer on their team.

Can get a bit pricey when more than 8 calendars used. Also, when all diaries are displayed, it is very difficult to view each.
Allows me to keep excellent records that can be printed out at any time and can be accessed remotely by me. Easy to use and constantly being updated in positive ways - highly recommend.
Also, the online booking functionality is quite limited.
I am very happy with the performance and customer service of PD. Yes it is a monthly investment but it’s worth the ease and help it brings to my company.
I don't really have any complaints. I do not use the remote access facility for clients but that is primarily because of not wanting certain clients to overlap rather than to any fault in the system.
It integrates seamlessly with medicare for our billing, is intuitive, fast, with an excellent team behind it always ready to respond to our queries and cater to our needs.
As a Sole Trader, my time is limited and the ease of the initial set up was fantastic.
The support is second to none, I received two hours of one-to-one free training with the option of more if needed. I think it's priced perfectly too and will grow in line with our practice.
The ability to upload those things and share with clients was a game changer and allowed clients and coaches to share information easily.
Tailored client note functions, easy accounting with feeds to Xero, and a willingness to look at adaptations to suit the needs of my business.

I really like how you "click boxes" when charting but then your progress note comes out with a well-written narrative, assessment tools are integrated, has a very nice workflow.
There are places where you can get stuck and can't move. For example, creating a patient chart that does not have all the required information gives you an error message.
My training experience with our rep has been so helpful and supportive. I will recommend ICANote any time.
They seemed clueless of how to transfer data. They were unable to transfer records from a group practice without having to recreate the entire record.
Fair price, great customer service and reliable platform. They are a company with many years of experience, I have been using their product since 2005 and it has only improved over the years.
I canceled SFAX due to poor customer service and excessive cost, and ongoing failed faxes. Approximately 6-10 in any given day.
The support and training that has been provided to our team has been fantastic. The ease of use had made transition for new hires to acclimate and provide quality documentation.
I asked for that with this product but was denied, I should have recognized that as a red flag.
I can highly recommend Icanotes due to ease of use, ease of customization and superior and responsive customer service.

I certainly do recommend this software for any therapist who would enjoy appropriate documentation without reinventing complete notes from scratch after each session.

I am impressed with the constant updates to better improve the system. The team behind the software is AMAZING.
It was very intimidating at first, because coming from Tier which now seemed so juvenile it was scary.
But my favorite feature is definitely the customer service we receive when we have an issue. The staff at azzly are amazing.
All of the changes since July of 2018 have been ridiculous.
AZZLY is extremely user friendly and the customer service is the best I have ever experienced.
The only thing i find frustrating is I have to always be mindful to select the date range (last 30-days) when I am looking for records.
We have been able to collaborate with our team 1000% better for better delivery of service and communication to insurance companies.
They denied our request to terminate contract and are trying to get money out of us.
Excellent EHR for Addiction and Behavioral Health.
No sorting option for payments recieved for each therapist/doctor. There is not a box for patient name in the SEOB tab when entering insurance payments.
Clinical side is easy to use. Therapist really seem to enjoy the new system.
System inconsistent at times. And occasional loss of a note/form, however, the new RIZE system will most likely alleviate that.
Azzly Rize is both economical and very user friendly.
They claim to be able to customize and that was not the case. Very confusing to navigate and not user friendly.
It is very easy to navigate. If you have used electronic health records in the past you will instantly notice how simple it is to navigate.
It was not very easy to learn how to use at first, seemed more difficult to navigate than other similar products I have used in the past.
Azzly has worked closely with our team to help develop an intuitive EMR that feels like it was developed by and for Clinicians.
I have worked with several EMR programs though out my career and most feel like are developed by programmers and the clinical staff have to adapt to conform what the software is capable of.

The cons on the system are the lack of customizations after a goal has been placed in treatment planning.
We are currently happy with the product and are hopeful to continue to work with their team to get future updates that will more closely align with our wants and needs.
There is absolutely no way this platform was created by anyone that knows anything about ABA.
Great overall experience and highly recommended. There is a report for everything, and if you cannot find something you need, it can be created.

What I like most about the software is the ability to add your appointments quickly to your google calendar. Its been very helpful with managing which appointments I have up for the week.
I am fuming when I block off appointments. People can still book in may have to book appointments in to stop this.
What I like most about the software is the ease of use and simplicity. It works extremely well to schedule clients and then takes some automation out of the followup process which is helpful.
Some of the functions are hidden in weird spots - it may make more sense for larger orgs but for small and single traders, managing preferences out of the 'calendar' section is a bit weird.
This is a super powerful platform to get up and running with and there are lots of awesome tutorials on YouTube for nearly any configuration you can imagine.
At this point in my usage, I am unable to make negative comments.
I love everything about the software so far. From setting up my schedule to having clients book themselves and using the zoom integration for creating automatic calls is awesome.
I don’t like that it is difficult to use with two different websites. I basically have to pay for two subscriptions because it can be difficult to plug in if it has to be used this way.
I liked that I can give special discounts and how user friendly it is to set up, even more non techies like myself. Love how easy it is to link to my website.
My overall experience has been great, I liked the idea of a free trial. I had tried the trial and like how simple the site made booking to my clients.

We currently use ADS for all our office needs and what is impressive is the customer service. Run into any issue, email Ads support, hear back from them quickly and problem is resolved.

Missing few features, some problems without explanation why.

There is so much to learn and that is the part that is difficult--wish the software is more intuitive--many drop downs and choices without understanding the purpose.
It allows repeat procedures which is useful for billing services such as physical therapy. There are numerous reports for billing/management/scheduling which makes it easy to analyze the practice.
Ok for what we have but I feel it is limited with other software products.

I love the way you can customize your subscription to meet whatever needs you have in your space. The site and app are easy to navigate and I love all of the reports that are available to me.
I had some trouble refreshing the page and getting linked to another site. There was a lot of advertisement for other companies, so I also got distracted at times.
This has been the first program that I used to start my business with, and it is super user friendly for any beginner business owner and current to keep track on your progress.
Needs Apple Pay support desperately, especially in this era of COVID-19, this is a glaring omission.
Clients love how easy it is to book appointments online. Love how you can customize confirmation notifications for clients.
Switched to Vagaro from Booker and I hate it but I’m trapped.
I like how easy it is for clients to receive text confirmations and book on the mobile app within a few clicks. I also like the fact that I trust the email system sending emails out successfully.
The only downside is it does not allow me to print out address for out calls and I'm only doing out calls -- I'm having to write clients addresses by hand each day ugh.
This product has helped me reach more customers than I thought possible from my small town. The ability to network and reach out to such a broad base is wonderful for any new business seeking clients.
The customer service reps, however, are generally pretty awesome and committed to resolving the issues.
It is easy to learn and all the instructors find it simple and easy as well to use and learn. Vagaro customer service is excellent and super helpful and quick.

Whenever I've needed help the CHAT feature and the customer service representatives have been very helpful in solving my issues. Generally you don't have to wait long for help.
