Good functionality for medspa- their foto comparison is really helpful and overall easy to use. Online booking is a nice feature for patients and charting is pretty easy.

Constant glitches and bad customer service. There's no phone number they require you chat for every problem, which gets very time consuming and difficult to actually get anything fixed.

The absolute worst part of this company is they do not let anyone converse through any median except texting via the program. No phone support or email.

This is the most unreliable software system I've ever experienced. Allows equipment to be double booked, patients complain about the difficulty of filling out paperwork.

Software constantly has issues, features regularly don’t work. Integrated payment system has issues and has lost us income.
