Awful. Switching EMR
I like our customized charting template although it took them months to finish it and they said it would be ready in two weeks.
Customer support is awful. Program is poorly built and maintained. Stalls out constantly.

Overall I think its the best medical spa software out there.
Intuitive, user friendly, has incorporated EMR system with consent form templates.
The bugs on the Kiosk section and consent form editing.

We are developing an aesthetics division off of our vascular surgery practice. I helped to build and customize to our practice and have really enjoyed using the system so far.
We are just in the beginning stages but I love the ease and variety of services the EMR system provides

I like not having a file cabinet full of charts. Its HIPPA compliant and clients can make appointments online and it will still integrate with my webpage.
I like that there are over 400 preloaded patient forms and consents. I didn't have to reinvent the wheel. Great onboarding and having videos on demand is great for training.
I'm a new user so I haven't had time to use the EMR long enough to know if there are any cons.

Everything that I need a program to do, it does. I have used other EMR software and this is outstanding.
We like that the software is HIPPA compliant. The program is very easy to use. Thus, if you have any questions, the staff is responsive and follows up to make sure that your issue has been addressed.
I find that it logs me out a few times a day. I am not sure if this is the program or the internet we are using.

Very professional and helpful
My medical aesthetic practice changed to a different EMR last August. The onboarding and customer service has been top notch. Good system for managing a Medspa.
Configuring forms and set up is time consuming and cumbersome.

The support is the best I’ve experienced. Extremely rapid and responsive. You can open a question or issue right in the software and get almost immediate response and guidance. I’m impressed!
This is a complete solution with all the features one needs from EMR, Scheduling, Inventory, Payne t Processing, Marketing to Payroll. They have it all covered in one relational system.
Would like our Merchant Services Touch-less solution SWIPE to be integrated into Aesthetics Pro. Also would like to see Textline integrated into Aesthetics Pro for easy HIPPA Compliant texting.

The marketing aspects, the New Rewards Program feature. The EMR, is great and detailed. Makes it easy to know what the patients treatments have been and what you may need to do next.
I wish it would have a pop up on a patient when you click on them to make an appointment showing if they have a credit that has had to be put in manually, or a note in regard to the patient that the staff needs to know when they are making an appointment or checking them out. Instead you have to go into the patients EMR and look every time. Having a pop up linked to making an appointment or checking them out would be extremely helpful

Overall I would like to say that the customer experience has been exceptional. The EMR system works for my current needs and I hope to see it continue to improve.
- Overall the system has mostly everything you need - Ease of use with the Calendar - Can setup online direct booking - Consents are editable
- Aesthetic Appeal - No app version available - Inability to edit Treatment Forms with ease without requesting a new one to be created. Current treatment form either have excessive information. - Inability to edit Medical Intake forms or create new ones without requesting a new one. - Inability to run a report for lot numbers

I like that it offers features that will become more and more necessary in today's market such as EMR and the ability to capture client photos. Finally a software that is definitely built for the medical aesthetic clinic.
Price. Although it is a great value for the money, in order to get the features that truly make it unique you have to go with the highest priced plan which is cumbersome to smaller practices.

AestheticsPro is the perfect fit for my office! I can manage appointments, staff, clients, and E-records, everything I need to run my business. The entire software to run my whole business is the cost of an EMR software I used previously; and MAPro includes EMR! I also like the fact that my clients can fill out consent forms and their medical history from home before they even get to my office. The new marketing suite was recently released and is by far and away the best email marketing tool I have ever used.

The patient's allergies list/profile does not appear in the patient's dashboard, and does not pop up in any way while writing the patients' medical notes. Same for emergency medical contact. The training information comes only video format, so its difficult to look up the answer to specific 'how to' questions after the videos have been viewed. Fortunately, the support staff is extremely prompt responding to both basic and complex queries via an in-application communication system - so these questions are quickly answered. The way the consent and discharge forms are currently structured, we can alter existing forms, but cannot create or add new ones.

so far so good -- I appreciate and like the trainers and the tech support people who are trying to help and take their time - It much more time than I expected to get familiar and prep the EMR to be used - Lots of work to add services and prices , etc -- that is a very negative factor -- There should be pre built services /etc and then online one-one help to customize all over the phone . but I am glad I good A Pro

-Lots of setting needs to be done - Many setting could be already pre-Load and we only need to edit it . - Should be integrated with much more payment processing companies /options ( not only with Worldpay) - E-Record should have more + easier access to documenting patient's H&P document - Going to office note should have its own tab in main menu so we access, review and document pt information . -Less pricy for multiple provider use -

Very affordable aesthetic EMR program for any service offered at a medical spa. Consents, treatment records and client information is easy to obtain. The program is always in development. The files are stored in a cloud so no on site memory storage is needed. The billing flows seamlessly into the software. Templates can be customized if so desired and the price is extremely affordable. My only wish is that they had online scheduling that would sync with the program from my website but I think this might be in development.

We have been a customer of Aesthetics Pro for 5 years. As we have multiple locations the ability to see and create reports on our business is extremely important. We use the reporting tools to make important decisions daily, the accuracy of these reports have been excellent. Tracking a patient from lead generation through our call center and ROI on marketing campaigns is a tool we use to assess staff and marketing performance. Obviously being server based and accessible from all devices is important, along with the EMR for patients history etc. We have only experienced the software being down for a period greater than 15 mins once and it was restored fairly quickly.

We tried to work with the support team to gather data, screen shots, videos of errors and be available around the clock to help them trouble-shoot in the hopes of finding solutions so we didn't have to start all over with a new EMR but they unsolicited offered to let us out of our contract without penalty instead so I assume they didn't foresee a solution in the future. We also confirmed with other practices that they have had similar issues but maybe not as often simply due to the fact that no one was spending hours a day going back through charting to confirm accuracy of inventory/records/etc. But if noted without searching for problems then most likely there were more undetected.
Simplicity of use; customer service promptness in replies; and Cost.
It is full of glitches that are not related to user error. We spent multiple hours a day trying to problem solve within the software. Turns out they have several display errors and other issues that are not designed practically. For instance, it was tripling our inventory simply based on the fact that we had 3 staff members included in the appointment so it could be on their calendars but it was tripling...
