Getting rid of paper charts and all the copying with the forms is amazing.  I love not having to spend money on that and deal with all the paperwork.

Customer Staff was wonderful and patient.  It was a great call.

Our office is dependent on AP, but we love that we have remote access and options if our internet is down and you just can't beat that.

Its a one stop system, covers everything which I like.  Good reports, excellent product and service build out, inventory management, etc

I am in the set up process and some things are just not making sense to me regarding the programs design.  There are not enough explanation about what features mean.  Example, I need a key for what each feature is for staff to have use of or not to use.

The overall experience from Sales to Training has been great. The transition from our sales person to our account manager was amazing. They were always on top of things to make sure we were taken care of.  We really like how they do training videos, that way it works around our schedule. Their features are everything we have wanted in our office, we even get some free marketing emails too!! Highly recommend Aesthetics Pro!!

AestheticsPro is the perfect fit for my office! I can manage appointments, staff, clients, and E-records, everything I need to run my business. The entire software to run my whole business is the cost of an EMR software I used previously; and MAPro includes EMR! I also like the fact that my clients can fill out consent forms and their medical history from home before they even get to my office. The new marketing suite was recently released and is by far and away the best email marketing tool I have ever used.

Perfect Fit

So far we have only experienced phone calls, a fun demonstration, and passed emails back and fourth, but I have had a great experience with AestheticsPro. I am hoping all works out and we end up with them, but if we don't, take my word for it, they are AMAZING! You would not be disappointed!

so far so good -- I appreciate and like the trainers and the tech support people who are trying to help and take their time - It much more time than I expected to get familiar and prep the EMR to be used - Lots of work to add services and prices , etc -- that is a very negative factor -- There should be pre built services /etc and then online one-one help to customize all over the phone .  
but I am glad I good A Pro

After using full medical EMRs for years, I found Aesthetics Pro to use in my aesthetics office. 

The price was much more affordable than any other software I researched, and it included more functionality to manage my whole business.

The only thing I wish it offered was integration with Quickbooks, but the reports they include makes it easy for my bookkeeper to get the info. she needs at any time.

I needed a system that offered memberships and electronic charting, but was having difficulty finding something for a med spa and not medical office, I was referred to AestheticsPro by a colleague and have been very pleased.  They don't have every feature that I want, but they are open to our suggestions and give us enhancements on a pretty routine basis.  So far, it has been a success.

I understand that not all software is for every practice. That is why it is nice to be able to have a trial period to delve into the daily functions before you can see if its right for your needs. The most disappointing thing about AestheticsPro was from the beginning, once we signed up, it took them 2 days to reach out, another several days to schedule "on boarding call" then once we started using & found that its not a good fit, we tried to cancel. From the delay of customer support to emailing the "right person" delay after delay, they tell us that there is a penalty for cancelling outside of 30 day. I do not recommend this company as I think it is not easy to use & customer service is poor.

I have used Aesthetics Pro for a little over 6 months now and I am very happy with my decision to switch from the previous company.  I love the easy to use ticketing system and the response time is VERY timely!! Everyone I have talked to throughout my transition process was very helpful to ensure that I all my questions were answered. The software itself is so user friendly which is a huge plus for my busy office!

Our cookies, chrome updated and cleared. Our IT rep is being called on a regular basis regarding something or another going on w this system. The screen navigation seems to be inconsistent; sometimes date shows, sometimes not. Sometimes the calendar works great, sometimes not. When do you update?  Are we aware of updates? Does your company have update skype calls to show users to continue getting the best use of the system? Surely things have been updated and changed for the better since we started a year ago...

Tech Support was great in responding quickly to our issues! They even called us, much appreciated!

Too many "clicks" and steps to insure that a payment is processed correctly.  Too much room for human error!  If you forget to click all these icons, the credit card number is not captured; therefore you are not compensated for your products and services.  Not a user friendly Point of Sale system

Very unhappy with responses from customer support

We have been using this software for only about 3 months now.  I have to say it's very easy to use, for me as a business person and for the team.  I know it's hard to have medical professional switch to electronic records but after a few weeks I think everyone realized that it truly was extremely easy to use.   The only item that might need some work is the subscription tab and the ability to create customer credits in the system.  For example if someone wants to leave an extra $100 for their next visit it's hard to give the credit.  The customer service has been great, every time I have a question someone is there to respond and if I REALLY need help I can request a call which is awesome.  We looked at multiple software programs and AP was by far the best fit for what we do in our office, I'm very happy.  Sometimes people have to realize that there are going to be "problems" with any software you choose, what's crucial is how the company handles the problems and communicates with it's clients.  P.S. Nate has great customer service and is always there to answer my questions no matter how silly they are.
