Pros

I am utterly grateful for all the amazing support personnel - knowledgeable, helpful, professional, kind, patient - ALL of the above. One of the best is CeCe.
Try it and see how user friendly it is once you are in the system, and the trainer or help support team are always pleasant and patient even if you are not technical when it comes to the computer.
The software is so easy to navigate and the customer service representatives are very kind, courteous, and helpful.

Pros

The software is great with respect to reconciliation of claims and getting real-time profitability & performance. Integration with our app is flawless for refills.
This last update has improved many things that were safety and quality concerns. Software is improving with time.
Very easy and friendly to use, we loves the windows and all the nice functions.

Cons

Secondly, they are not suppose to be harsh and rude when addressing a frustrated customer whom out of Axxess billers mistakes and in-experience made the customer loose money.
It is beyond frustrating to be on hold for hours. It is beyond frustrating when the software is not working and every nurse is calling from the field as they are unable to function.
This company has very poor ethics and is managed and run poor.

Cons

POS is non existing, double billing is a pain, compound billing is a nightmare, perpetual inventory no matter what is done is error prone, crashing systems.
Boxed error messages that come up sometimes which show flaws in programming. Dual billing insurances are a two step process.
You have to manually pull report of what was filled in last month and go through it and refill again. EDI set up for ordering medication is horrible.
