Pros

Their tutorials and trainings have been fantastic. It has been super easy to train staff from the start and all have nothing but good things to say about how easy it is.
ALIS and Trisha Cole have been a wonderful addition to our company. The system is very user friendly and easy to navigate.
Been a great experience and the customer service response is incredible. I really enjoy the constant updates and improving the current platform.

Pros

I am very grateful that with the Oasis system, I can take care of everyone without much of a wait, and I have time to smile and befriend them as I am filling in the blanks.
I like that Oasis "remembers" tasks that you have been doing consistently. I also like the fact that it is easy to use, very user friendly, easy to pull up reports.
Overall Oasis is great for the price and need that we have. I would love to see different levels of users and the ability to bulk upload data.

Cons

If is annoying rather than a serious problem because the notes are archived, and we can still access them.
There is nothing about the software I dislike. I am sometimes impatient about changes that I want to occur---but it doesn't have anything to do with the software.
Anytime I have contacted ALIS they have been extremely quick with answering questions or fixing problems.

Cons

We seriously despise the "creating a report" process, it's ridiculous. I have many volunteers who interface with this software and frankly, it's just overkill for us.
We hate that it collects a bunch of "mandatory data.
Increases productivity at the site level because it eliminates paper data errors: legibility, missed information. Easy to track client use of our Food Bank Network.
