Pros

I like how it is easy to use. We have different sections on where to upload images so I like that we have our own organization to upload on and it accessible to the whole department.
Overall, the software solutions are integral to our work and provided a great platform for image viewing and data analysis for myriad studies and quality improvement initiatives.
I like how when you call into support, people are so helpful and understand that we need a quick resolution to our issues since we are in the healthcare industry.

Pros

Cons

The only problem I've found with the software at my company, which is a hospital, it that a lot of our clients are older and have trouble using it.
Only other downside is that I am no longer notified when a new study becomes available in system, I have to keep checking myself.
It doesn't say what info is required to search for a patients records so for a new user that is frustrating. If you don't put in all the criteria that it wants, it just says "no records found.
