My overall experience is 80% positive.
The easy of inputting information and retrieving information.
I was informed by one of my providers that the system is only holding up to 6months of data, which is requiring me to print and scan, seem very redundant.

We partnered with Ambra foe electronic image sharing. We were able to bring up many hospitals easily to reduce patient dose and improve care.
The ease of use to install a gateway and connect with outside hospitals.
The anonymize software was a little clunky at first.

Ease of use. I work in a busy pulmonary clinic and frequently upload chest imaging to Ambra. Quick and easy; have been using for years without complaints.

Ambra is very customizable. They go above and beyond to help the customer achieve their goals.
There were challenges being early adopters of certain modules but Ambra worked through issues with us. No real problems to report.

Great to share images but takes forever to upload
Easy to use, patients can upload themselves. Easy to send link to patients for uploading
Takes a while to upload studies; can get stuck when trying to view images

Simple and easy to use user interface. Clear buttons.
Sometimes the link does not work for viewing files and I have to switch to a different computer. It may return to functioning later. Not sure what the error is.

Over all, I am satisfied with the company because it's sharing images with other clinics and/or hospitals a lot easier.
It is very easy to use, I can navigate through the site quickly to find patients.

I like how it is easy to use. We have different sections on where to upload images so I like that we have our own organization to upload on and it accessible to the whole department. It's easy to pull up images and has good built in tools when viewing images.
Sometimes it takes longer than usual to upload. I don'y like how you have to retrieve the images from a CD then upload it. It should automatically retrieve and upload.

It's connecting me with international patients that are seeking medical second opinions and saving money by not physically mailing in imaging CDs.
This is the best medical image sharing of DICOM and non-DICOM data between patients, physicians, and hospitals. It really helps us connect with patients across the globe and follow them. This is a tool that facilitates telemedicine and helps us connect with our patients in real time.
Sometimes it would freeze and I would have to start over again but besides that it's a great system to use for any sized healthcare.

The thing that I like most about this software that you are able to upload images from a outside facility. It is easy to navigate to around. I like even when Ambra is not working for some odd reason, that you are still able to see the images
I don't like that there is not a feature that allow you to see all images for that one person that was uploaded. You have to go back out then back in to see that persons other images. Or maybe I just haven't learned how to navigate the software enough.

The web based interface can be problematic if you have connectivity issues.

The abaility to give patients control over their medical records is a big plus as it helps patients be more active in their health care.
The ability to have medical records available anytime anywhere you have internet access.
There are a lot of steps to upload and transfer images.

Excellent!
It is very easy and convenient. We were able to seamlessly integrate this with our EMR system and we use it everyday at our practice.
Sometimes there are delays in uploading medical imaging and little errors in the system that randomly appear and then go away.

Ambra makes it easy to upload and share images, and I like the ease of access across clinical scenarios.
It would be great to be able to extract images as DICOM files to use in our dedicated PACs software. Alternatively, expanding the functionality of the image viewer would go a long way.

This software makes my job easier. I am able to quickly upload my patient's images while obtaining their vitals. Each patient is able to take their disk back home with them in a timely fashion.
Since I have used Ambra, I haven't experienced too many things that I didn't like about the software. It gets the job done.

Cloud based and can be used from phone, computer, anywhere.
Time to transmit orders between EHR and AMBRA takes too long at times for providers, but this issue has been resolved with the help of the customer support.

It was not a smooth start with implementation but we have been happy with the service.
We have been wanting to be able to store imaging and allow our providers to pull up images faster. Using Ambra has made that possible. Staff upload the disc and it is now easily available in our ERH.
Overall I would not have any negative feed back.

Overall, I wish that the imaging uploaded faster. Often the system freezes and we have to attempt from multiple locations to import the imaging.
I enjoy the ease of use and that the software enables patients to be able to import their own imaging from home for review.
Using the software with solely Google Chrome. Most of our presets are linked to Internet Explorer.

Ease of storing and retrieving diagnostic images
Number of steps it takes to copy images to disk. We have to burn images to the desktop before burning them to disk, then deleting the images off the desktop
