Pros

I have used other programs that are some of the most popular in the PT industry and like Apollo better, especially for the price.
Apollo is a great value for the price. And their customer service is amazing.
Apollo is just wonderful. I would recommend this software to everyone.

You will be working with professionals who are kind, knowledgeable, competent and accessible. They work hard to resolve any issue that arises.
Overall great to use and friendly people super willing to customize our interface.

Cons

The only screen we have a problem with is the transaction screen for the patients-we have a hard time with having to scroll up or down to see what each column is.
He would say that he would do it that week and then we would call the next week and it not done or was only partially done with most information still missing.
Currently you can can delete a block of appointments only if they were scheduled that way.

Cons

The inability at this point to search clients by dependants is somewhat frustrating to work around but they are working on this we have been told.
I don't like that it gets buggy with other browsers and its mobile interface is slower. My clients had trouble booking and navigating their appointments.
Patients are able to Book, re-Schedule, Cancel appointments during after hours making office schedule always up-to-date.
