Pros

All my staff is happy with ease and use of availity. We are happy to be able to have so many tools from one product.
I like the layout of patient benefits and remittance advances. The design is very user friendly and efficient.
This would hold up a phone line, it would tie up our staff from providing the best service to our patients in the office... it wasn't a good situation.

Cons

They have nothing to do with denials or claims that has been denied. I will stop here because I run into at least 2 or 3 issues a day for Availity.
It is an awful site that does not try to do customer service or fix their problem. They try to close your tickets before it is resolved and when you tell them there is an issue.
Of course when the internet fails then the website becomes unavailable.
