Fantastic.
The ability to customize each feature based on the needs of the positions is highly useful. Also, the fact that AC was made by home health care owners, for home health care owners, means they know what matters.
The Forms section needs upgrading. Staff can't sign incident reports and the application for employment doesn't do us much good. We have to use other software for that.

Great software for growing companies and pricing model makes a lot of sense they grow as we grow so the price is not too overwhelming for new companies trying to grow.
Very intuitive and easy to use, cost effective, handles everything I need for my home health agency.
Don't like that you can only put when a caregiver is NOT available vs when they ARE available, it just isnt the way I am used to thinking about locating caregivers and much easier to enter when they are available vs putting in all the times they are NOT available.

Great program system for our Home Health company. It is great to have everything in once place.
One Place stop for all day to day operations Easy look up for Clients ADLs Multiple users can run the system at once
Setting up the GPS for Aids On line training sometimes too much info to watch for 45 minutes You save everything by clicking the save button. Should save automatically once info is submitted

its a pretty cool app for workers in home health or day to day clinical staff.
I really like the easy options available for clocking in and out of my shift. I also appreciated that it was easy to use with other features.
I do wish they had a w2 option, like something that can keep track of texas and withdrawals for tax returns.

Not quite full scale for a standard home health agency offering full array of services. Geared more toward respite care and hourly CNA care needs, so some features don't exist, but can be worked around.

Overall, AXIS is a great scheduling system, that has DEFINITELY added ease and efficiency to the job of the scheduler. And I should know, since I am the scheduler!!!
The alerts that enable you to know when you have double booked a caregiver with more than one client. Also, the layout of the website gives the user easy access to client/caregiver schedules, profiles, and reports that aide in running a home health company.
There are days when the system does not work correctly or drags slowly. Also, there are a few glitches/kinks that need to be worked out. Examples include, but are not limited to, a caregiver who works with 2 clients clocks in for her morning shift at 8:30am, and the system clocks her in at 8:30am for her evening shift that starts at 4:30pm. Also, when verifying, once verified and a caregiver manually clocked out, caregiver can clock out later and the system recognizes the telephony change/stays verified-It should unverified automatically if this happens. This may cause discrepancies in payroll/invoicing, if not seen by office administration.

We have an upcoming training session for some of the new payroll features that I am looking forward to.
As a Medical Assistant that is charge of the schedules for over 130 home health clients and more than 50 caregivers, I use AxisCare every day, ALL day. The ease of seeing what needs to be covered and who is where (and when) is absolutely amazing. All the information needed on each client and caregiver is easily accessed and when information needs to be changed it is no problem. i LOVE working with AxisCare!!
The certification alerts are not always accurate. Caregivers have received alerts that a certain certification has expired even after it has been updated in the system, usually it is one that says "no notification" which is even more strange.

I like that this product is easy to learn and easy to use. It makes it simple to input new clients and streamlines the Home Care process. I enjoy how we can use Telephony and scheduling with the same system to tract the ADL's for our clients.
How there are some glitches in certain screens. Home screen shows some visits unassigned but they are assigned.

would definitely recommend it to any new Home Care business!
I love the mobile app, it allows my staff to chart at the bedside, POC and the scheduling is tops! Also the schedule lets you do the whole year of repetitive visits.
That it cannot do invoicing in stand alone mode! Also, as administrator, i cannot log in via the mobile app because it tells me I am not a caregiver, but I only wanted to test it before my staff did.

It has been a great experience and transition over from using paper charting
Great program! It has made the management of our home care agency so much smoother.
Wish there were more functions such as allowing caregivers to see their hours/pay calculations on the app, there is no administrative app that could be checked easily from the phone, the payroll is a little complicated

User interface needs improvement. No mobile access for admin users. Would be very helpful if this feature is included.

I would recommend this system to any home care company looking for a software provider!
The service we have received form Axis Care is outstanding. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate the needs of my organization. We are a big company with many caregivers and clients. We are coming from another software that we had a bad experience with. Axis Care has done everything within their power to make this a transition for us.
There are some features we would like to see added to the system, like weekly schedules that filter over to the care plans and some other things. But I have confidence that the feature requests we have requested will be added to the system soon.

We have been using AxisCare for a few years. It offers everything that we need to operate our Home Care business in Upstate New York. I recently started doing the training sessions that they offer and absolutely love the information they provide. The staff is always prompt and friendly when responding. AxisCare also cost effective for a small business. I highly recommend using their service.
It offers everything you need to operate your Home Care Business. It is cost effective to use AxisCare.
Currently, I do not have any cons with the service. Do as much of the training as possible to get the most use of what they offer.

I’m a new user within a franchise, so it’s our flagship partner so far. I simply love their customer service, you simply won’t find any better...& they always seem available to help, which is most important.
So far, it has almost all capabilities that I can see a need for...& what’s not quite integrated yet, it seems they’re always working on those types of improvements.
It’s a bit difficult to navigate for true beginners. It’s a bit bland in terms of interface, but the functionality for Home Care seems about all there.

Understands Home Care key feature which is schedule, search and I can create my own form is nice and awesome.

It's an inexpensive option for home care management. Has an app for caregiver use. easy clock in and clock out feature.
No app for administrator use. New Calendar view is no good. Calender view is obstructive and takes more time to go through.

AxisCare makes home care business a breeze. From scheduling to plan of care updates to billing everything is seamless.
AxisCare is wonderful all around, but what I like most about it is the ease of scheduling clients. I am able to schedule sessions, change/cancel sessions, add in notes for those scheduled visits and so forth. AxisCare also allows users to easily set up and alter clients plans of care, alerts on birthdays, shows gaps in scheduling for clients and so forth. I have used many different types of software designed for home care agencies and AxisCare is one of the easiest ones to learn in my opinion. The customer service is also phenomenal.
AxisCare occasionally runs slowly, but those days are few and far in between. Other than that there are no cons for me.
