Pros

Ease of use & continued growth. AxisCare is keeping up with the legal and federal responsibilities of our agencies and I appreciate that.
We love what you have done with the calendar, we hope that you will continue to improve on the third party billing and invoicing aspect.
User friendly, excellent for scheduling, updates improving the software on a regular basis are great, rarely ever breaks down, works well with billing and payroll in QuickBooks.

Pros

Rosemark has great training videos and a wonderful users guide. The best thing about this system is that Rosemark truly listens to feature requests.
It is a great value for the options and features it includes. We have real-time visibility of staff and client schedules and care plans with this Cloud solution.
No matter what questions or concerns we have, we consistently receive top rate service. We also really appreciate the integration with QuickBooks for ease of payroll and billing.

Cons

Because I am not using the product to it’s fullest and how it’s meant to be used, it’s hard for me to be criticizing.
Really concered about the direction that this company is going with the poor service and lack of polocies except making rules up as they go.
Axis care is very hard to use and often does not work properly with mobile devices. Which makes it very frustrating to work outside of the office.

Cons

If you don't update, eventually it will force you to, which inevitably happens at the worst possible time. Some of the features are not very intuitive.
It takes a long time to learn how to use the program even for the computer savvy. I find it is almost TOO literal and detailed which is hard to explain, but I'll try.
GPS or lack of WiFi gets in the way of clock ins/outs sometimes. Some limitations for client use.
