Pros
Very good for ease of getting reports to manage care and for management needs. Assessment is very good.
The support that you get with Brightree is outstanding. If there are any questions or issues the staff is helpful and polite, and will have a resolution quickly.
The IE browser can be utilized from virtually anywhere, making this charting system easy to use with automatic updates being done seamlessly. The report function is AMAZING also.

And i love the ease in reviewing statistics with the reports that I can run.
10e11 Staff have been great. I believe they care about their customers and their needs.
Ve been working with 10e11 for several years and love how responsive they are to me.
Cons
Document Management Program is TERRIBLE - If you're a company that generates paperwork on a daily basis and you're forced to use this program, you're screwed.
We have also had several problems with BT understanding how parents and branches work and have had to develop several work arounds to make up for their deficits.
Cost!!! These people will nickel and dime you to death. Every little "add on" is an add on to your bill.
Cons
No hard financial close. Software problem tickets resolutions are not recorded/documented with enough detail in the notes for future reference.
Documentation mistakes are inevitable. Need to know if there are ways for corporate to fix user errors.
Although the product works extremely well for an OP setting. Our Detox and IP Units are struggling a bit due to the heavy medical comportment they require.
