Great communications platform for HIPAA compliant messaging plus more!

Our organization uses Buzz to ensure we are communicating about our clients/patients in a secure, compliant fashion. I always have it open on my desktop and always have it open on my mobile device. Prior to Buzz, we were texting in code and having to make phone calls for basic communication. Now we simply use Buzz!

Pros

It just works! We use it throughout the day both on our desktops and our mobile devices and it always works well. It gives us great peace of mind to know that we are communicating in a secure and compliant fashion.

Cons

Our organization has not experienced any major downsides. If anything, there are features Buzz has that we need to explore using more in our operation.
