Pros

The Service and Support is top notch. Customer Care stays on an issue until it is resolved, and resolved timely.
A healthy A/R promotes growth in a practice and we have seen and assisted growing practices with excellent tools like CareCloud.
The cost and ease of use were the two big draws for us a Family Medicine Clinic. We get great support, and CareCloud addresses requests for add-ons and changes for the improvement of the system.

Pros

I really love how easy it is to navigate to my client list and find out when all of their appointments are. I also love the professional look of the booking page that the client sees.
Leanne and customer service is great, she volunteers to offer me for annual plan to save money and download all my clients contact records once she realised it is good for my business.
All of my clients have given me great feedback about bookedin and they love the friendly reminder right to their mobile phones.

Cons

That the clients are available to anyone who can log in to view. I also struggle with the charts - they seem so intuitive but they are frustrating and more code work than just fill in the blanks.
Charges, insurance payments, insurance denials, refunds, adjustments, voided claims etc. All of those topics need to more adaptable to the user.
Any difficulty that I have had navigating the system is mostly related to my lack of familiarity with the overall revenue management cycle and is not product-specific.

Cons

However very disappointed in the fact that you can not do a reaccuring appointment and double disappointment that they are not sure when it maybe coming.
That you can not book multiple services at the same time I often get many clients who gets confused when they get their appointment reminders and their is multiple times.
I wish That could change because I lose money when someone sets a time 5 min afterwards. That makes me have a lot of 5 min and sometimes 10 min dead time thru out the day.
