Pros
When ever there is an issue, they rise to the occasion, making my day better which comes down to making my patients' care, and their day better, which is who we are really serving.
The customer support is very good and very helpful. Overall, we are very satisfied with Care Cloud.
It is most user friendly system I have worked with in over 30 years. The notes module and reporting are awesome.
Pros
The product is easy to use but the people at DocuTAP are so friendly and helpful. That is what really helps make it a great product.
I have not worked with any other software, but I find this software is perfect for our urgent care setting. It is easy for us to chart and great for the physicians to transition in with the patient.
I don't know how we survived on paper all these years. Love the staff, love how they keep improving, love how everything is just a click away.
Cons
They did this during a global pandemic in an attempt to permanently damage our small, family-owned medical clinic. We are now at 6 weeks of their lawyers forwarding us to voicemail as well.
They have gouged us financially and no one will respond when questions are asked. You are passed around and management refuses to contact you.
They do not hold their end of the contact they force you to sign and since being with them we've lost massive amounts of revenue.
Cons
It does tend to crash a few times a week, which is very inconvenient because i have phone calls coming in all day. I work on the PM side and do billing.
The posting features are a little disjointed. The software treats payments from different entities (patient, insurance, Occ med) in completely different ways, which can be confusing.
You get what you pay for. We have made this mistake in the past.
