It has a great intuitive style that others systems just don't seem to have. I have spent weeks interviewing new systems and then having demonstration after demonstration. CareCloud's flow really stands above the rest of the pack.
We are strictly a behavioral health operation and we did have difficulty integrating our therapists into the system. The buy in from our therapists was very slow and their use of the system was sporadic. In addition, for our smaller practice CareCloud's cost was a difficult adjustment.

I have worked in healthcare for over 25 years, many of those with EHR systems. CareCloud is very simple and easy to use, has most of the features the legacy systems have, without all the layers of people to get through to fix a small problem. It is not perfect, none of them are and if the doctors are happy using CareCloud then it is a win-win for both of us. Best part for me is the reporting and data analysis. Managing a practice takes data so you can tell how you are performing. I get all the information I need when I want it, without going through a third party to get a printed report. Yahoo! Gotta love it.

The user friendly nature of CareClouds App software manages to make the provider confident that they are documenting everything to meet their own needs as well as the needs of meaningful use.
The buffering time in between clicks. Our Doctor complains about how often CareCloud takes to "think" in between functions.

Coming to CareCloud from our previous practice management and billing company was such a relief. The software itself is intuitive and easy to use. There is total transparency as to reports and analytics, which was really, really important to us. The denial process is logical. I also appreciate that they actively request and listen to feedback - and then actually make changes. For example, after feedback from clients, CareCloud revised their patient statements to make them much easier to understand. I'm glad we chose CareCloud and would recommend them to other practices.

I like the transparency, accountability, and user-friendliness, especially compared to ADPAdvancedMD, e-ClinicalWorks, and AthenaHealth. I have used over 20 software vendors and love the functionality of CareCloud. The system goes above and beyond what their competitors offer. I also really like the collection app and how they have their claims app set up.
The EDI department. I take it on myself for all my clients. The support team is outstanding.

They are willing to take the time to give you thorough instruction, in person if necessary.
I would like to see the corrected claim with the alerts at the same time if possible. I know it would not print if it did not pass, but to see the claim in the background would help me visualize it better. If in the original billing we had recent coding expectations, including, HCPCs Codes prompted individually for each insurance payer that would be nice. That might take too much memory. If there is an easier way to attach medical notes pertinent to the billing that would be great. They also want a hand drawing at times which is in our notes.

We have been on Care Cloud since 2011 and never looked back at any other systems since. Down time has been minimal and any issues have always been addressed and answered promptly. My staff are pleased with the user friendly touch we get with our system and the notes module save us looking for info because it pops up when a patient is accessed. Having insurance verification in the system without having to always go on the actual insurance web sites to save us work time.

Finally, I have found software that is nice to look at and get through from the beginning to the end of the patient encounter. It is easy to organize clinical data according to an individual provider's likes and dislikes. It took us about two months to become very comfortable with their system. Now I can finish a note in less than 15mins. The support staff has been nothing but more than helpful in providing quick responses to my many questions in getting adjusted to a new EMR!

Dr. George Suarez 's office is small, patients are on a person-to-person basis so this makes it more personal. Our billing manager retired, so we moved to in office billing. Dr. Suarez heard many good reports about Care Cloud, so he decided to go with the company. We purchased in May of 2012 and the implementation was a little bit difficult, but once adjusted, it has been great. The customer support is very good and very helpful. Overall, we are very satisfied with Care Cloud.

This system is easy to use. It caught our eye mainly for the way it looked and for the potential it had to grow with time, which it does.
We have to constantly keep up with the different updates and add-ons. Some of them take time to get used to or to run perfectly, and that can be stressful and time consuming for our staff.

Easy to use, system will not let you fail when entering data. Customer Service support team always available. Able to custom system to the specific needs of your practice. Instructional tutorials available any time.

We thought we found a functional web based EMR to avoid local server challenges...we were wrong. Not the EMR for a busy surgical practice. Not user friendly. Poor customer service. No ability to electronically sign off items such as outside notes and labs.

There's very little that we like.
It is constantly going offline. We went live with this product on 5/27/14; it is now 7/8/14, and we have experienced no less than 10 days with what I would consider major interruptions in service.

We switched from Athena and in less than one week we were making arrangements to go back to Athena.
Price was very attractive and ability to control our own billing.
The functionality was way below par. It shows well in demos but when it came time to use it the pieces don't fit together very well. Too many steps to to things in the chart. Referral piece was very poor.

CareCloud is pretty user-friendly. It is fairly easy to search a patient's records, finances, and encounters.
According to our providers, Charts 2.0 EMR is hard to navigate.
