Helpful implementation team, progressive company willing to think outside the box to meet your needs
Customizable, approachable team, simplistic features/app-based but interactive, tons of financial data and analyses.
Could flow a little smoother from function to function however work flow can be easily customized to find a new normal.

Continue to update and improve system. E prescription is very helpful and fast. Check in check out function with time clock. Mobile app capabilities and ability to eprescribe from phone and contact patient if necessary

The software is fairly straightforward to use. It includes tutorials and videos to learn about the charting process.
Support from their staff was good prior to just after our launch date. Weeks later, it became difficult to get assistance from items we needed assistance with.

The salesman was very persuasive. He promised everything.
The promises made at the sales pitch were not realized. The system goes down frequently and info is lost. Some contact people left the company; others did not return calls.
