Pros

I like that it can be accessed from more than one computer. I like that you can enter info and as long as you hit "submit" it will save and you can go back later and edit before you sign if needed.
CareLogic is easy to use and very functional. It is a great product and easy to understand once you get the hang of it.
Excellent company with a true eye out for the endusers, industry, and the product they have built and sell.

Pros

I am a loyal customer as a software system is only as good as the people that support it. It is worthy every penny.
I like the ability to run reports, templates, ease of use, and most of all the support. Customer rep has been helpful and encouraging the whole time even when I am not able to understand.
Has EXCELLENT customer support, which is essential for a solo practioner with limited computer skills; they are friendly, patient, and helpful to resolve issues.

Cons

CareLogic is the worst investment one can purchase for their company or practice. Fear this--yes because you got ripped off.
I can say that deleting information was a bit difficult once information was entered in, so this was the only negative.
I can say that I have worked with large number of EHR systems over the years, but this is by far the worst system that I have ever encountered as a medical provider.

Cons

This has been a horrible experience. I am now using simple practice with no billing issues.
Hard to read: font too small and faint and in odd places. Have not been paid a penny from all that I have input and sent electronically.
The majority of the time nobody does get back to me, which brings me to the next problem I have.

Save storage of information, consistency, ,customer support, user groups. Lots of things in community online if there was more time to explore

Pros

Customizability and report building features. New treatment plan looks like it will be an improvement

Cons

Staff who do not need to consistently use CareLogic need to be retrained as the software is not intuitive and it can be difficult to remember which report give what information, where to find documents, etc. It would be useful to have "less clicks" to find what you need.

Pros

This is fairly intuitive software, with normal learning curve for an average user. There are lot of options to customize system to fit your needs. Designing forms is easy and there are lot of pre-configured forms and reports. Qualifacts community is a good source to ask questions and look for the help. Qualifacts Support is very responsive and most of the issues get resolved fast. Pre-built reports in Carelogic are great, however they can be better. For example multiple selection option for report filters is missing. Sometimes I just need to run report for 4 or 5 organizations or programs at once, but I can only do either one or all at the same time. And for the reports I designed in Pentaho I was able to implement multiple selection, so it is possible to do it.

Cons

Most of the training videos need update. There are some videos where you can barely see what is on the screen due to the very low resolution. Some of the videos are just too long (2+hr) and they should be separated in smaller segments. Pentaho (used for reporting ) is very complex system and in my opinion there is not enough training videos in the Qualifacts community. Especially for advanced reports...
