Pros

It is a great software developed by Qulifacts as a resource for the mental health organizations. It is getting better and better with the integration and impact.
I love how customization CareLogic is. I also like how easy it for our clinical staff to use. It has helped our agency improve our clinical documentation, which has also helped increase our revenue.
I like that it can be accessed from more than one computer. I like that you can enter info and as long as you hit "submit" it will save and you can go back later and edit before you sign if needed.

Pros

Cons

The errors that cannot be corrected such as duplicate client or wrong program. The outages that occur from time to time.
Frequency of latency, lack of thorough testing for new features, latency on Pentaho to even load, lack of app for ipad use, lack of disconnected product.
The software has so much involved that it can be difficult to set up new configurable forms, and there is no way to delete or "hide" forms that are no longer used.
