billing claims are easily tracked, documentation is tracked
able to set up system to take guesswork out of hands of average employee (scheduled activity mapped to correct document and proper billing code) encompasses scheduling, billing reporting in single system
reports can be a challenge to build problem with servers/system at least once a month

I do like the look/feel of the system and some of the features such as favorites tab.
I do not like how manualized the system is, information & updated information is not always carried over in important functional needs such as diagnoses. Auto save is an imperative need of a system like this and it has not been added at this point yet.

As a company, we have quite a bit of user interface and we can create our own platforms
That you can design and customize it however you want. The hands-on approach that the current team is taking in developing and implementation.
At one time, it was support, but it has certainly gotten a lot better. I feel like this has actually starting to lead toward pro

Ability to document and report in ECR.
Documentation is easy. Once you learn how to add one module, you have got it. Easy to navigate once you learn the basic setup.
Roadblocks...Since change from the MICP lost so much functionality--simple things. Things like the Utilization Management Module are too limited. Cannot do an easy search and count.

Improvement in clinical workflow, Billing is accurate and easy to use.
Configurable forms with business rules are very easy to use. Clinical decision rules can greatly enhance clinical workflow. Direct service staff love the ease of use. A major Pro of Carelogic is the staff. ..always willing to help out and go beyond.
Report writing, getting outcomes out of the system, no access to create our own views. Canned reports lack information needed, especially many forms do not total. Would like to see a set of basic outcomes needed by most organizations built into Carelogic. The support platform is frustrating and I am glad to see it's being revamped

customization gives me the ability to create agency specific workflows. This allows for systematic development across many programs
Configurable forms should be develop to allow more logic. Additionally, I would love to have the ability to import service documents into other modules/service document as hyperlinks or via business rules

My Experieince has been positive
Carelogic is very user friendly. The options that are available in CL are easy to understand
I dont like that it is not customizable for the customer. When we want something done, it is deemed as an enhancement, we do not get updates on enhancements so they just sit on the back burner until Tier 3 deems it as a necessary upgrade. We would like our enhancements to be taken into consideration so that we can have a better more personalized experience with Care logic

I deeply appreciate the configurations available. This allows customers to customize the system to meet their specific needs. Qualifacts commitment to their customers is top-notch.
New features are slow to roll out. They must continue to fully test new features before deploying them w/in the CareLogic system for customers use.

Purchasing the Impact module with assist with substantiating agency's performance outcomes.
The ability for electronic signatures/no longer have to print documents for patients to sign is great.
Having to configure forms to meet state requirements was challenging in the beginning and designing the reports to pull data from configurable forms.

The software makes completeing the case notes easy
Everything. It lacks is basic reporting. It requires this thing called Pentaho in order to do any reporting. It lacks in ease of changing things on the billing end. Cannot set the system up to perform tasks overnight. Support takes way tooo long to submit tickets and get answers

Customer Support and training during implementation and support after Go-Live . They have worked with us to support our specific payer needs for Ohio during the Medicaid Redesign. The company really listens to us as customers to support our needs.
There are a few specific things (tickets) that have been outstanding for more than 6 months. It is tied to our GL needs that we needed and were promised before becoming customers and we are still not able to use it as we need it.

Flexibility in configuration, ability to only implement functionality that your organization needs. Ease of implementing new organizations and programs.
New releases not working correctly out of the box. Not knowing what I don't know. It would be cool to have a map like one would have a map of their network infrastructure.

Overall, I enjoy learning CareLogic. So much so that I have looked into careers with them!
CareLogic is easy to use and very functional. It is a great product and easy to understand once you get the hang of it.
It is almost too customizable in that there is no type of "help" designated for specific agencies besides putting in a ticket.

Customer Service - Very Nice and Polite Logic is easy to learn
Scripts sometimes negatively affect GL closing - transaction reasons are sometimes not accounted for. GL Reports take a very long time to run. GL reports sometimes don't match - have to rerun multiple times to balance. Ghost credits are shown on GL reports.

It has been mixed. The staff have been great, but the system itself is not as user friendly and functional as I would like
That it is an electronic medical record.

We've been able to change documentation to make it more effective in capturing information that we need.
User friendly, easy to personalize for the agency, easy to fix anything that someone might mess up in the chart.
It's missing some functionality, like a patient portal to allow clientele to have more access to their own records.

I do lots of case reviews and find navigating the medical record to be quick and easy. The record is logically organized and allows for quick viewing of selected portions of the chart.
Reporting out of the system is in need of improvement. It can be difficult to extract aggregate data for quality improvement purposes. It would be nice if, like other similar products, there was a report builder integrated within the software product rather than requiring a third-party vendor.

It has been really good for clinicians to track performance of clients and great for all levels of care to include Residential, Detox and Methadone.
Some of the configurable forms have been somewhat difficult to put together and putting in soft tickets take some time for a response. Overall, really good.

It is a great software developed by Qulifacts as a resource for the mental health organizations. It is getting better and better with the integration and impact.
Reporting part is not the easiest part. Not easy to use for all managers across the agency. Needs some improvement or a different system

It seems most of the issues we have are all going to be "enhancements" although many of these features are standard in other software products
Easy to navigate. Reports are semi-helpful, they just need tweaking. Training available
Features are substantial as a software for clinicians, however from the billing/accounting perspective, it lacks quite a bit of functionality. It is hard to get the correct data in a workable format for reports/ review and reporting to outside agencies.

Ability to customize the product/forms, general ease of use is pretty good.
It can be very clunky at times - particularly we have to create a lot of work arounds to service plans to meet our state rules. It took a long time to get other web platforms on board.

Customer support through implementation was excellent, customer support is less responsive after implementation, but does take care significant issues.
There were very few things that met our accreditation requirements for behavioral health, most everything had to be built independently.

very user friendly. correcting mistakes is easy. I like the way everything is mapped together from start to finish
the reporting features are a little too basic. there is not a function that allows for claims/payments to be looked at in a group. claims / payments must be looked at individually.
