I like the customization of the software as well as it being user friendly. It allows the company to utilize what they need and not have a report that includes stuff that does not pertain to what they are doing.
Being a new using learning the different business rules are a little more complicated to figure out. There are some rules that you need and others that help, but you can not use them together because it affects another one negatively.

It is fairly easy to use and learn for electronic health records.
It crashes quite often, then you might not get anything done while they work on it.

Our overall experience has been positive. CL is responsive to issues and consistently works diligently to improve support and response time to support tickets.
Ability to report on data stored in CareLogic.
Custom reporting had to be outsourced due to complexity of report designer. This creates additional expense.

Ability to see what staff are doing, completed, and billed. I like the clinical aspect and the ability to customize forms
Reporting could be better and support could be faster. I feel that the system is being under utilized. Would like to see more follow up after implementation.

The integration hub has helped our agency link up with the health information exchange in our state which has been very helpful with our hospital discharges.
The reporting is still lacking - we have to pay a contractor to write the reports for us with is costly for our agency.

I have used multiple EHR systems in both the Medical and Mental Health fields. Qualifacts is the best system that I have used. Easy to navigate, user friendly, and reliable.
Easy to use, logic based, clear views , and ability to query data effectively.
Need more point of contact data / analytics views.

Lots of training on using it
How simple it is to use. How they are always rolling out new features that improve documentation quality and ease.
Having to wait so long sometimes for new features. I wish Auto Save was implemented. Sometimes I would like more flexibility in the set up.

The major pro is the system is user -friendly.
Major cons are system latency and limited canned reporting. Pentaho is integrated with the system however creating reports is not easy. The system could also use some modern features seen in other SAS.

The ability to learn quickly to navigate through the screens.
The set up was not done in the best way and having to implement new programs sometimes proves challenging. We are also a public health agency and sometimes it is challenging to integrate medical programs.

I think it is very user friendly, which makes it easy for our clinicians to navigate. In addition, the customer support is excellent.
Limitations on some of our reporting. However, the customer support team has always helped to resolve any issues we have had.

CareLogic enterprise has been adequate for my needs of documentation for billing services.
I like that it is practical and pretty simple to do documentation of clients.
I do not like that there are not many options when auto filling information.

Overall this is an amazing note system and really good appointment making software that I would recommend even through the errors and bugs.
It is a very easy to navigate system that is simple to use and labeled efficiently.
The major downfall with this product is it does crash alot meaning there is an unexpected white label error that puts a hault on doing things in the system that is required.

Sales & implementation should prepare potential and/or new clients to have a diverse implementation team. Prepare for the amount or work it takes to "build" there program. Make sure to not mislead how "easy"(not) it is to build own forms/documents.
I think it is user friendly for the clinicians and back users.
not as user friendly for front desk/reception and crisis responders. Too many different places they need to go to find our specific workflow information

I like that it is customizable to a point. There are good features to the software. It is fairly easy to use once you get use to it.
The inability to change things on my end and having to put in a ticket for things that should be a simple fix by an admin.

Using CareLogic is really useful for our department to generate data and reports to see the performance of our therapists and programs.
Adhoc Builder allows us to build our own reports in the way we wanted and basically have all the data we needed.
If we have tips and tricks sheet or recommendations that would be great for developing a new service documentation in CareLogic. Sometimes is take forever to finish a document.

We have increased our revenue, it has helped us in crease our cash-flow and decrease the amount of time our claims are sitting in A/R
I love how customization CareLogic is. I also like how easy it for our clinical staff to use. It has helped our agency improve our clinical documentation, which has also helped increase our revenue.
With CareLogic being so customize-able it sometimes makes it hard to pull some data.

The ability to configure to meet most basic business needs . This includes, bus is not limited to various payer structures.
Currently we find that we are unable to meet many of the Federal programs due to the delay or lack of functionality.

We have been able to use Carelogic with very different services offered at our agency.
It can be tailored to fit the needs of our agency. I like its mobile capabilities.
Can be very complicated. New staff take a very long time to learn the software.

Clinical workflow is great. Managing/updating forms is super simple. Gives you a lot of control over billing setup. Integration with Emdeon is superb.
The GL integration is horrible. You have no manual control over posting dates. The postings just fall on whatever day you do them on with no regard to accounting period. No control over 837 setup. No control over state reporting yet.

Clinical is great very easy to use and set up. User enjoy the experience when the documentation is set up correctly

Carelogic is for the most part easy to use, it does have decent functionality. Seems to cover all out basis ok.
Carelogic need to work more on the reporting aspect, as well as get real dashboards. What they have now are usless.
