So far, I've not had much trouble other than learning how to navigate but as I learn, the software becomes more useful.
RBT's, Central Reach has been handy in helping to organize and track data, as opposed to making my own data sheets by hand and manually calculating, which is much more time consuming. I like how there are options on ways to view the data (sessions vs tree), and each is thorough.
There is a tradeoff with the pros...because CR keeps track of a lot of information, it also means it takes a lot of practice using and becoming familiar with how to maneuver between data, change date, add/delete data, view data, and so on. I'm not always the most "tech savvy," but I suppose if you want something to keep track of so much info, it's part of the price.
