I've used Charm for years and they have consistently improved the functionality, using the suggestions and requests of actual doctors. I now use the billing module, the merchant processing, the online calendar option, and of course the charting. I love how the entirety of my practice is run through Charm. And my patients really like it!
Ease of use, price, and customer service.
The messaging can be a bit clunky. The billing reports are not as customizable as I would like.

Regret I ever tried to use them.
Pricing compared to alternatives. You get what you pay for.

Our practice used to be all paper based, we signed up to charm in 2015 and it has been the best thing we ever did. It has saved us time by having everything in one system. It has saved us money by cutting down on our paper usage. It makes tracking claims so easy. The best part is we are now totally Hippa compliant and it has improved communication between our practice and patients. The support staff is excellent and quick to respond to all of our inquiries.

Good free software for a star up medical clinic. I would recommend for any small clinic that doesn't want to pay for other EHR's. It has a lot of features for a free software.

Easy to learn and use, I would recommend this EHR to medical practices.
When you start your own clinic, affordability is very important. Also as a fairly new person to any EHR, I was able to learn very fast how to navigate it .
I have not noticed anything I do not like yet.

easy to use for the most part...I have only used for a short time ...still learning I really like the reminders and Insurance billing
auto fill in certain places is not good like when we put in a city and if not looking close you might put in the wrong information for the address or phone number

This software gets the job done and is designed very well. I’ve used it on both ends (provider/patient) and I have enjoyed it
There is a learning curve but that is to be expected. It takes a little time to get the hang of but once you do it’s great

Has many features that other EHRs do not have such as open library shared amongst all users; it is completely customizeable for templates; versatile
Pay for extra services; image annotation isn't multipurpose; the app cannot be used for comprehensive visits

I love being able to have reliable communication with my doctor
I like how easy it is to connect with your doctor, it makes everything a lot simpler.
The thing that I think could use some help is the glitches it has from time to time.
