Health Asyst through the pandemic

Thank you for your review, Shanika. It's good to hear that our platform has been useful for your practice, especially during COVID-19. The time for populating appointments was higher for a brief period due to the changes made by the EHR for API calls. We have worked with the EHR on this, and now appointments are populated every 10 minutes. Also, apart from the appointment reminder, a courtesy messages can be sent at any time to notify patients about their upcoming appointments. Please feel free to contact your dedicated customer success representative to have this set up.

Overall we are very satisfied with the product and especially with our point of contact. He is very response and proactive.

Overall my experience with CheckinAsyst has been exceptionally pleasant. It really has made our workflows so much easier. Very streamlined but does take a commitment from admin to stay with the plan and approach to complete install.  Payments through in check-in process has been an added benefit based on their reporting capabilities.

Our overall experience with CheckinAsyst has been above and beyond. The system in general has saved us at least 10-15 min per New Patient. The customer service and having a direct contact has been wonderful. Our contact  is always on top of any emails we send with very timely responses and is always helping us to get items added or questions answered.

It has been a good experience. Especially when it comes to the issues we have had with the system and the responsiveness of the customer service staff. They listen to our problems and try to find a solution as quick as possible. Some of the issues that I have mentioned above have been relayed to their staff and it is planned to be resolved in upcoming versions.
