Pros

You get an excellent product & excellent customer service for a good price. They are constantly upgrading their product and coming out with new features.
We've been using ClearCare for 10 months and have loved it from the very beginning. We chose it because it's very easy to navigate and everything is integrated in a very seamless and logical manner.
My customers like the family room. My staff love the ease of use and I love the fact that I can process payroll effortlessly.

Cons

Reporting for marekting is terrible - this is NO CRM, it is a glorified scheduling program.
Costumer service is very bad , you have to send emails in order to communicate with them.
Very little in the vein of negativity to say about this software.
