Pros

I also love that it is very intuitive and easy to navigate for entering patients, insurance, physicians, etc. The fact you can create your own templates is nice too and helps things run efficiently.
Clinicsource has been an amazing asset to our clinic. Our therapists love the easy to use scheduling, and billing and the detailed but efficient documentation system.
Our office staff is loves how clinicsource combines everything into one simple easy to use package. Their training and customer support has been excellent.

Pros

Ease of use, and the demonstration videos are amazing. The costumer service and support from the Jane team is the best I have ever experienced.
This has been such a positive experience with Jane App and the people who work for Jane. They are very smart and their only concern seems to be that the Customer has a great experience.
Friendly, fun, knowledgable company to work with. This is the first software we've used (gone through 3 over the past 12 years) that I've called FUN.

Cons

My business suffered, my trust was shattered, and my money was squandered on false assurances. A year later, I am still shackled to a platform that has rendered itself utterly useless to me.
This has been so very disheartening to get so low standards of customer care and then to be charged when their product does not work, what a scam.
All of that information is basically lost when the system logs you off...poof.

Cons

I used to dread all of my time spent on the computer, but no longer. From charting to managing payments and scheduling, there's really no comparison to Jane.
Someone told me that Janeapp makes slots unavailable for 3 minutes after booking.) So I have to wait for a few minutes until the time slot shows up as available again. This is glitchy and confusing.
Some of the settings are confusing because there are multiple places to turn things on and off and a master on-off switch.
