We have been satisfied with this product and would recommend this to other practices!
It is user friendly and the customer support cannot be beat! The training we had before we started was helpful and informative.
Sometimes the service codes are duplicated multiple times on the progress notes. The lay out of the templates can be difficult to make the same across the different disciplines.

This software lends itself wonderfully to speech therapy!
Like anything, there is a learning curve.

Easy to use once you learn it. Patient set up could be a little less complicated.

We've had ClinicSource for many years, and it helps us in so many ways, from scheduling to documentation to billing and beyond. It's the only system we need to do ALL of our practice management, and I can't imagine us running so smoothly without it. And we're always on the go, so the fact that it's cloud-based means we can check anything from anywhere'a real godsend. But the best part about ClinicSource is all the time it saves us, which frees us up to spend more time helping kids - and that's what it's all about!

Clinic Source is a great documentation resource, however I did prefer using Fusion because there was better/easier ways to make documentation for daily notes and evaluations fast and easy.
1. Easy for efficient and organized documentation. 2. Lists goals for each child above every note which allows you to check if addressed in session. 2. Allows you to pull from previous session notes.
1. Parts of the documentation take long, it would benefit from drop downs other than the goals for the objective part of the note for example: strengthening, fine motor, sensory, etc.

Clinicsource has been an amazing asset to our clinic. Our therapists love the easy to use scheduling, and billing and the detailed but efficient documentation system. Our office staff is loves how clinicsource combines everything into one simple easy to use package. Their training and customer support has been excellent. We were up and running in no time. It is a very effective tool to manage all aspects of your practice. I would highly recommend this product.

It's been good.
