Pros

I most liked the ease of use, the flexibility in functionality, the integration with our EMR, and the visual attractiveness of the product.
The ease of use and the Help Section is soooo good if you need help with almost anything claims and payment posting issues.
They truly demonstrated love, dedication, commitment to Ozark Medical Billing Services both on a personal and business level. I will forever be thankful to CollaborateMD for all of my successes.

Pros

I love how I can make my dashboard to my liking and have the search functions as I need them.
This is product is good, I will be working with it more this year than I did last year.
ICD 10 and CPT lookup is helpful when using the key word search tool. I like how it shows changes/updates to what is being searched.

Cons

The worst customer support. I was told by a CollaborateMD supervisor that at most, they have 6-7 representatives working at any given time.
So many issues with this company and getting ERA set up, they are horrible. We will not put another client on this software due to this.
The fact that it freezes a lot and takes a while for it to start working again. Also, sometimes the reports would just stop working and not pull correctly for no reason.

Cons

The codes with more then 2 placeholders were sometimes hard to find.
I think people would get more use out of there purchase if they new how to use all the capabilities. I bought my subscription when COVID started so there was very limited assistance with it.
