Overall, I like the idea of the company doing billing and fixing error messages, but the system is not suitable for our needs.
I appreciated that the DENmaar team was responsible for billing aspects.
I dislike how outdated the mental health information is. The system is not set up well for therapeutic needs due to this. It is also not adequate for documentation for children receiving therapy services. The system is also consistently showing error messages. Clients cannot easily access the client portal.

I like the aesthetic of it and how appointments are easy to manage.

It's been eight years since I first used DENmaar. I guess that speaks for itself.
After years of using another billing company, I finally was able to get payments in a timely manner. Payments that actually reflected what I earned!
Until recently, communication regarding problem accounts was an issue, but that seems to be resolved now.

Overall, I have been pleased with my experience with DENmaar.
DENmaar Guardian has been helpful with getting me credentialled with insurance companies at my group practice. I have been able to reach out when I have questions and have had those questions answered promptly.
DENmaar Guardian has been very helpful when I first joined the practice, but not as involved with my services since that time.

Denmaar has been a great partnership for our practice. We are very happy with the relationship and outcomes we are getting from the software and services
The insurance billing software and service is the best I have ever experienced. We are a large practice with a high volume of claims, and Denmaar is efficient, timely and thorough in their process.
There have been some bugs that needed working out along the way. The Denmaar IT team, has been timely in their fixes.

This is an easy to set billing software, and they have provided more than just support. They have helped us through changes in credentialling, which is the most challenging part of the billing practice .
I would like it to link with Practice Fusion.

I feel like it's been a struggle in learning curve. The training when I started with DENmaar was not complete; however, the person I was working with took the time to help.
Most people are enjoyable to work with and respond within a reasonable time. I like the notes options. I like having assessments easily accessible.
The EHR needs a lot of work and updates, especially the virtual option. Also, the schedule doesn't allow you to update full series but only one session date. There are significant errors and difficulty with the telehealth. A lot of my clients have issues with getting logged in or staying connected to the session. I think it would be so much easier to just have a virtual link they click on to connect...

Overall it has allowed our business to grow. Bee Well is owned by 3 APRN's with no real business back ground and so it takes a lot of the admin task out of the hands of the providers and allows us to focus on seeing patients which is what we are good at. The ease of use makes it efficient for time management when trying to see patients and keep the overall business overhead down by minimizing the number ancillary staff needed to keep the business running.
this application is easy to use and we are able to start using without needing lengthy trainings to get started. Patient Portal is easy for the patient to navigate. During Covid it provided a HIPPA compliant platform for us to easily see patients via Telehealth. It is a comprehensive program that offers, billing, credentialing, EMR/EHR, e-prescribing all that are very easy to use. The provide many rating scales within the system that can be assigned to the patient and allow for the patient to log into their portal and complete assessments. They also update add new assements/rating scales to the system at the business request.
The only con with DENmaar has been that at times it has been difficult to directly contact staff about specific issues regarding credentialing issues. However, [sensitive content hidden] have always directly addressed any issues when notified.

I've been using DENmaar for over five tears and enthusiastically recommend it to any mental health practice of any size.
The only negative, I am turning into a positive. There are times that I feel an option or a report would be useful. I contact them and the feature is often there, and I just need to learn where it is. If not there, they work quickly to implement a request.

Pricing was not subscription model, easier for starting a new practice. The scale of pricing never outpaces the revenue either, it's a flat percentage that is manageable.
The customer facing portion of the portal is less consistent, but they're making improvements every few months.

Overall experience is great with Denmaar. We would recommend it for all practices. Also [sensitive content hidden] and his IT team are great at communicating to address any of our needs as a practice.
The RCM allows practices to seamlessly manage all patients and providers. The charting and documentation is easy to access and allows the providers and staff to manage patients on the EHR. Some EHR platforms can be endlessly complicated and take hours to train staff to be able to use, however Denmaar has all of the features in a simple design that staff of all levels can navigate easily.
The scheduler needs improvement for practices that have multiple providers.

Overall, very pleased. My Husband/[sensitive content hidden] has found companies less expensive, but I tell him I will not change due to the ability to always talk with someone if there's an issue within our EHR.
Easy to use and can request updates or add-ons easily. They have GREAT customer Service and will always make themselves available.
We would really like to use their Telemedicine but had some complaints with our providers stating it had glitches. DENmaar confirmed they are working on it.
